There is no business license certificate hanging on the front desk. Guests do not need facial recognition to check in. After receiving the room card, there is a smell of Tenna water in the elevator. The door to the check-in room is opened, and no card is required to enter. There was a smell of formaldehyde in the room, and traces of decoration could be seen everywhere. There were traces of latex paint on the corner of the sofa that had not been cleaned in time. The dust was clearly visible on the wall tiles. The cleaning lady did not shovel it clean. There was a smell of fresh decoration. The double bed room turns into a single bed, so you can just roll out of bed when you fall asleep. I went out to eat in the evening and when I returned to the hotel, I found that there was no hot water in the room and only cold water in the shower. It will piss you off! I didn't even bother to remove my makeup, so I ran down to the front desk with my slippers on to complain, only to be frightened by the staff on duty! "If you have the guts, call the police!"...Okay, it doesn't matter, I don't want to get along with them during the Chinese New Year! Hot water was not available until I woke up in the morning, but I found that the water pressure was unstable, the toilet was full of cockroaches, and I was obviously dizzy and nauseated. This is my first negative review in my life. I would like to give this to your hotel. I advise everyone not to stay here if you can't live there. It's best not to patronize their hotel. When I was about to check out, I asked the front desk how to solve the problem last night. They threatened me to call the police and ask the police to handle it. They also suggested that we call the consumer rights complaint. The staff's attitude was extremely bad. The hotel has not responded directly to me yet~

房間櫃子上都是灰塵，馬桶上還殘留着一次性馬桶墊的一角，總之，體驗感極差

節假日酒店價格高可以接受，但是無法接受這樣的服務：首先酒店裝修還沒完全完成，就匆忙接待，各項硬件和軟件都沒到位，訂的兩個房間，裏面全是灰，窗户上、淋浴房、窗户都是裝修好後留下的水泥灰塵，馬桶圈上都是灰，鏡子都沒裝好，電線還露在外頭，洗澡還沒熱水，到早上還是沒有，不光是我們的房間，很多房間都是如此。其次服務員不到位，基本都是兼職的大學生，培訓不到位，光早餐的時間的回答就不統一。出門停車掃碼的回答也不統一，弄的退房時還來回跑。所有的問題投訴服務員都無法解決，衹會一味的説會反饋給老闆。這是我住過的最奇葩最**吃相最難看的酒店了。目前攜程平台已經出面跟酒店溝通，回覆説無法聯繫上。
