很一般環境，房間是沒有問題的，乾淨整潔是👌的，但是環境很吵，晚上外面是條馬路，車聲音很吵的，然後空調掛機，好多人開暖氣，超級吵，住五樓，整棟樓都聽得見，一樓，在外面都能聽見空調外機的聲音，不可能入睡的，然後我去前台協調，協調到了補差價住所謂的紅星精品酒店，也就是維也納來的，説實話隔音也很不好，建議大家去老城區的地方，可以選擇一些安靜的民宿，睡眠很重要，這個汕頭紅星賓館真的睡不着的！

過年住的，先説缺點，房間設施比較陳舊，熱水不熱，空調開暖氣的時候整個房間都在震，隔音也不行。優點就是地段可以，去小公園或長平路都不遠，有免費停車場。我對住宿要求不高乾淨沒異味就行，過年哪都漲價，好點的都上千了所以也就將就一下吧

被潮汕的文化傳承吸引而來，普寧看完英歌舞，來汕頭看煙花，吃美食。卻因為這家店，對汕頭很是失望，被吵的一夜幾乎沒睡，今天中午本來已經打算臨時更改行程離開汕頭，感謝攜程陳姓小姐姐一直耐心地幫忙解決問題，還幫忙尋找酒店，善良一定會有福報，感恩！

首先地理位置是挺方便的，樓下就有電車可以掃，距離市區開**電車大概10分鐘就到了。免費停車。然後就是酒店的衞生，跟設施有缺失的，廁所的毛巾兩條，一條是濕的，熱水也是僅僅夠暖的水温，相對寒冷的天氣水温涼了些，房間的空調暖氣開一整晚也不暖的哈，再來就是走廊外面的安全門是打開了吹，門上掛着一堆內衣內褲在吹，極其不美觀；有小孩的家庭尤其要注意，稍有不注意很容易走出去或摔下去，因為安全門後面就衹有一個不太安全的樓梯，也沒有任何遮擋或保護的東西。也希望酒店能引起重視。在此祝大家新年快樂，萬事如意！

#負評#對牆壁清潔度，酒店裝修風格失望；交通便利，宾馆外边有车站，亚强果汁冰，春梅里和八合里火锅都近，可以步行，但住宿比较简陋，住了两晚洗澡水都不热，连温都算不是，前台解释因为热水供应不足，要错峰洗澡，晚上8点到晚上12点都没有热水，洗澡几点错峰比较好呢？隔音效果不好，斜对面的客人6点多吵架到7点半，全程都听见，住宿体验实在太差了，只此一次，不会再入住！

#負評#對走廊隔音，位置，房間大小，鄰近餐廳，酒店氣味，隔音失望；酒店只有少少停车位，后到旅客被指到中心医院停车且自负费用，隔壁房间的空调压缩机通宵响的像直升机在头顶轰名，打电话给前台，前台回复不能确定声音来自房间，无法排除，在烟杂味的熏蒸下，挨到天亮快撤！绝对的昧良心生意！

3好酒店的隔壁，在3好酒店辦理入住，可能是春節服務員很少，但很熱情，屋裡比較乾淨，環境一般，設施老舊，馬桶晃動，湊合住一天沒問題的。
