Great rooms with big bath. They even gave us a list of recommendations for what to eat and where to visit. They also gave us fruit when we were checking in. Plenty of spaces in the car park. Great coffee shops less than 5 mins walk away.

There was a power outage at 1pm on June 15th and it lasted for 2 hours. There was no backup generator. Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Loved this hotel and its location!
The staff were welcoming and very helpful. I booked a non-smoking room — it was clean, fresh, and completely smoke-free. No noise disturbance at all. The location is perfect, easy to get around and just a short walk to a shopping mall. Highly recommended!

Perfect location even when there are many more new hotels come up. Facilities are kept well. Staff are great. Views are the best. Definitely come back again.

Lovely hotel with very nice rooms. The location is a bit in between everything but it’s convenient to walk around and do something.
There’s no bar or real lobby lounge, which is a bit boring if you stay longer. But there is an (outdoor) pool and a decent gym. Only annoying thing is that the service staff keeps asking for 5 star reviews, they even call to the room to do so.
For the rest I would recommend this hotel.

I had a truly pleasurable stay at Sheraton Shantou. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Dining options were delicious and diverse. Overall, the experience was relaxing and luxurious—definitely a place I’d return to for comfort and quality service.
The gym though stage of the art, has quite a lot of mosquitoes. They can improve on this aspect!

The hotel is very renew and decent,  the gym is nice and clean , they even provide free banana for you after training . And the staff are friendly and give me the a free upgrade.  will definitely come again.
