Hotel Regency Shantou exceeded my expectations! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of delicious food. Convenient location with easy access to the city. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Hotel was pretty new and not far from the HSR station. It is also fairly near to the Zhujiang Night Food street. Rooms were decent however, the knob for the shower was broken when we checked in. We requested for a change in room but they said they'll send a technician to fix it, and if it cannot be fixed then they'll change our room. Design of the shower cubicle was a little flawed as water seeps out to the room itself. It also seeped through to the toilet cubicle, making the floor wet. Each room was only given a tiny bottle of shower foam, shampoo and conditioner. I can accept having only one tiny bottle of conditioner but how can 2 big adults share one tiny bottle of shower foam and shampoo? I think that bottle alone was only enough for half my body ... Hahaha. I saw the housekeeping auntie and asked for more but she was rather reluctant but eventually gave us 2 more. As I have a habit of also taking a shower in the morning, we used up the shower foam. I asked the housekeeping auntie again the next morning and she said 'you already took extra yesterday' hmmmm... Amenities were also not carefully checked and one of the vanity pack (cotton buds and cotton pad) was actually a leftover/half used from the previous guest. Highlight of the stay has got to be the red peach kueh making session. It was fun, and after making, they will ask if you want to eat it straight away or have it for breakfast the next day. Nice gesture. All in, a pretty good stay.

Staffs at the hotel (especially front desk 客服小奕) were really friendly, patience and all ready to help with our queries and requests. Travelling with a group of elderlies were made much easier thanks to them! We really enjoyed our stay there.There is also a Walmart and nice dim sum restaurant 福晋轩酒家(汕头店) nearby :)

In room: large, clean, well sleep, tea and water, ,no refrigerator, no coffee, room no.5019 no city view. In elevator: not clean, bad smell cause of smoking 5 fl.Corridor: beautiful, large , It's the best,if no smoking Overall is good.

環境：進前台前就有一片小竹林 前台小哥説話很好呢 很耐心的介紹房間和房型 設施衞生：該有的都有 衞生也是沒問題（主要享受這裏的風景和泡澡😋） 最重要的是周邊很多好吃的 好多人來打卡藝術村😋😋 房間：整體看完每個房間裝修風格不一樣的 給我一種稀奇且有趣的印象

We chose this hotel as it was near a lot of eateries. As expected, this is a fuss-free hotel with all the basic amenities that one needs for a smooth travel. Room size was generous, toilet was spacious and towels were clean. The hotel is situated directly above a wet market, so do ask for a high floor in order not to hear the pounding sounds of the butcher's knife.

Chaoshan Poison~~A must-eat list for Chaoshan trip, it's so good, I eat it every time I go there, the hotel environment is very good, the room is very large, the breakfast is very good, there are many Chaoshan characteristics, and there is Chaoshan rice noodles to eat, it really fits the food trip~~~

The trip to Shantou during the Chinese New Year had to be postponed until now due to the schedule. Fortunately, it finally took place, and it was also a very satisfying journey! The hotel was newly opened this year, and all the facilities are very new, which is one of the reasons why I chose them. The Internet speed is very smooth, the projection is very clear, the mattress and linens are very comfortable, and the location is not close to the main road. I slept very deeply at night, and I was completely exhausted by the running all the way the next day! The hotel is very close to the Shantou High-speed Railway Station. If I hadn't brought my luggage, I would have walked here! There is a parking lot behind the store, which is also very convenient for friends who drive! There is a self-service mini bar on the second floor of the hotel. You can drink freshly ground coffee until you are soft haha ​​😃, as well as various snacks and various books, which can allow you to stop during a busy journey, read a book, and drink coffee. It is really very comfortable! They are really thoughtful and provide a lot of small things, such as earplugs, cotton swabs, eye masks, nail clippers, alcohol cotton pads, sanitary napkins, etc. ...

I stayed for 8 nights in the hotel and I’m really surprised by how spacious rooms were that I can even dance in it!! Hotel staff were nice, the cleaning lady was even nicer and always cleaned our room everyday. Food deliveries are super convenient here and safe as they deliver it via the robots (super cute) and the whole room can be controlled by AI (great for lazy people). Location wise it was a good central place near the famous spots in Swatow, food wise not so much choices around the area. The hotel customers staying at the hotel were super noisy, thank god that the rooms were pretty much sound proof. Don’t recommend getting the breakfast at the hotel because it was quite distasteful… Hotel customers were rude and didn’t have etiquette at the dining place so It’s highly recommended to order food delivery for breakfast.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was exceptional—fast, friendly, and always willing to help. Staff 瑞辰 😊went above and beyond by accommodating our request for a late checkout, which perfectly fit our schedule before heading to the airport. The lobby and room had a pleasant, refreshing smell that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Another great convenience was the DIY laundry service on the 4th floor, which was very useful during our stay. Good variety of breakfast selections as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!
