態度非常非常非常非常差，下前台問點事，人就站前台那兩個人前面，問第一遍裝聽不見，問第二次過了10秒才説，還是翻着白眼回答的，跟欠了五百萬一樣。廁所紙巾都是前面人家用剩的，沒多少也不捨得換新的；隔音超級差，睡覺跟睡馬路邊一樣，走廊有人走過説句話都能聽得清清楚楚，真是開眼了，住過這麼多酒店，就衹有這一家挑不出半點優點的酒店，從來沒給過人家差評，要是有負分可以選，我都不會給0.5分，沒見過態度這麼差的酒店服務人員，真是踩雷了

酒店的環境不錯！就是隔音太差一點聲音都能聽到半夜三更兩個阿姨在那裡説方言吵架還摔東西持續了一個小時，早上六點多又有旅客高聲喧嘩真的蠻氣人的旅遊那麼累睡個覺真的蠻難受睡都睡不安穩覺

第二次體驗該店，雖然這店有一定年份，可各方面設施都是齊全，乾淨衞生而且還不用擔心甲醛問題。停車方便，服務到位，價格合理，這才是旅客和打工的首選。

酒店屬於民俗整體還可以，離汕尾美食街二馬路很近步行十幾分鍾。衞生一般設施齊全免費提供二瓶礦泉水。紙巾，在五一它的價格最便宜。一分錢一分貨。總體還可以。老闆娘很熱情。

滿屋散不掉的煙味，設施破舊，前台態度極差，我訂好的房間訂單給她看了，不認可，要問我收128的房費，以及按金100元。再三説明才沒有收。之前，此店的評價與實際相差太大了。這樣會損害攜程的形象。

酒店位置好，交通非常方便，大門外就是公交站。春節期間打車不那麼方便的情況下，公共交通是最佳選擇。酒店服務值得稱讚，有求必應，熱情的介紹當地的美食美景。

為了考試去的，住了三晚。環境不錯，整潔乾淨。除了有點冷2333衞生也很及時，叫阿姨就可以。臨走了還送了一袋小禮物，很可愛。美中不足的就是WiFi信號一般
