The room is very clean, the mattress is from Jin Koer and very comfortable. The hotel is located relatively inside, so overall it's very good. The bathroom has a musical mirror and the linens are very clean. The price is relatively affordable and I will come again.

Just get to the point! The manager's business ability is also worrying, and the fault is that the front desk training is not in place. Is this still a problem that is not in place?
This is the rule given by you above, they are just the front desk, listen to your instructions! Even if the manager is a salaried worker, this broken system is the result of your group of people "brainstorming" together.
