房間衞生差，兩個杯茶裏面有茶葉水沒洗，房管服務態度惡劣特別差，沒耐性解決問題能力低級，當天我中午1點鐘左右點房，當時跟前台和房管聯繫入住房間情況，房管也加了我微信，到下午8點左右才到酒店，房門是密碼鎖，一直沒給我密碼，到了酒店房間門口，那個房管房門密碼鎖碼也沒有，本來就累，還傻傻站在門口等了10分鐘左右，我問房管為什麼還未取得密碼，整整一個下午時間，還要客人站在門口等那麼久，房管態度惡劣，當時沒有回答解釋，還頂上火氣嘴

酒店體驗很好！觀景很好的海景房間！去沙灘也方便！在房間甚至連海浪聲都能聽到，公寓負責的小哥哥也非常好，細心也很耐心的給我指路！我們入住的時間比較晚！他會到車庫等着給我們門卡！房間空調電池沒有了也給我送過來！總之不錯的體驗！點贊！
