真是出乎意料的好，性價比是沒話説，睡得很舒服，環境很好，很安靜，適合睡眠淺的入住，真的超棒。這次入住體驗太棒了！酒店環境乾淨整潔，房間佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到自然醒。工作人員服務熱情周到，下次還會選擇這裏！”早餐也特別豐盛，有多種品種可以選擇。

我是第一次來汕尾，在綜合了城區和金町灣周圍相同價位的酒店後選擇了鉑頓，從預訂前的諮詢到接站服務、辦理入住、在住期間和退房、寄存行李等一系列環節，酒店的前台小麥小哥都提供了一流的服務，特別表揚小麥小哥的服務👍👍。
房間的設施非常棒，無論是衞生、床品的舒適度還是電視投屏都特別方便，wifi即開即連，酒店工作手機24小時在線回覆問題，不僅主動詢問是否需要贈送糖水，在晚上回到房間後，更是發現還贈送了蘋果牛奶和一些甜點餅乾。
房間的景觀也特別好，周遭很安靜，早上起的早還可以去下面逛逛海濱公園。早餐也很好吃，白粥煮的很有水準，負責早餐的阿姨和阿叔都特別和藹。
第一次來汕尾就住到這樣設施有水準服務有温度的酒店，下次來還會選擇鉑頓，有家人朋友詢問更是會大力推薦🤩🤩

前台小欣服務周到滿意，鉑頓汕尾高鐵店位置絕佳，高鐵站近在咫尺卻很安靜！房間隔音好，設施新且全（尤其喜歡乾濕分離衞浴）。衞生做得超細緻，地板光潔，床品一客一換有清香。這環境設施配這價格，絕對超值！下次還住！

這家公寓設施太貼心了！馬桶乾淨房間，設施設備一應俱全。公區明亮、帶烘乾的洗衣房的洗衣機超實用。衞生特別到位，白毛巾、光潔衞浴，連床品消毒櫃都看得到！環境安靜整潔，出差首選！
