設施：設施設備很完善，房間是全智能化的，小度小度智能控制很不錯
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，公共區域也很整齊衞生
環境：環境優雅，沒在主路上，所以房間很安靜
服務：服務超級好哦。前台005工號的小姐姐，辦理入住也很快，有事情打前台電話也很耐心，還會推薦附近好吃的店鋪很不錯的體驗！

好評，這次入住很滿意，整體很好，房間也很大，很乾凈寬敞舒適，地方好有停車位，設施不錯，床舒服，浴室淋浴出水快，布草乾淨柔軟很好，002小姐姐熱情疑問都能解答，給推薦三樓茶餐廳，又能吃飯又可以喝茶，感覺體驗很棒，值得推薦👍

酒店整體挺好的，下高速過去很近的 ， 酒店外面就可以停車，如果沒有車位 保安也會安排進地下車庫 前台005小姐姐很熱情，房間有任何問題打前台電話都能第一時間接聽解決，房間還是語音智能控制的。開在縣城的酒店能做到智能化設施很不錯呢。房間乾淨衞生。服務人員都很好。很值得推薦！

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，設施都很新，免費停車，前台服務好，特別表揚002號小姐姐，服務熱情，有問題及時解決，微笑服務，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間小度小度智能控制，智能馬桶，12樓還有自助早餐，水果很新鮮 中西結合，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯 推薦！！！！

跟家人一起出去旅行，網上看到的酒店，想着全國連鎖就去了，趕緊門口就聞到一股清香味道，我問了服務員，是他大廳的薰香，大廳還有一個大魚缸，好漂亮，裏面有好多條魚，前台小姐姐細心的為我們服務，房間衞生也比較乾淨，住着比較舒心，小姐姐也推薦了附近好吃的美食，值得推薦，很喜歡山陽這個城市，002小姐姐服務周到。

地理位置很方便，高速路口一下就到了，剛進門口，前台小姐姐就主動問好，感覺很親切，大廳的裝修風格跟我在西安住的一樣，不愧是全國連鎖，房間乾淨衞生，也比較暖和，二樓還有健身房，下午的時候跟朋友一起打了乒乓球，感覺很好，晚上的時候前台小姐姐推薦我們去小吃城吃了小吃，種類很多也比較好吃，總體感覺這家維也納還是很好，很值得推薦，002小姐姐服務很好。

酒店整體很不錯，連鎖酒店，品質有保障，房間整體乾淨衞生，整潔。前台005小姐姐印象非常深刻，坐在大廳沙發上也主動給倒一杯熱水。辦理入住也很快，還沒有按金。很不錯。推薦推薦。
