感覺是老式招待所，設施都比較舊，衞生尚可，早餐簡單能吃飽。優勢是服務比較熱情，停車方便，離南華寺很近，方便一大早去寺裏。

酒店雖然很舊，但是很乾凈。旁邊是曲江區政府，馬壩公園，離南華寺很近。旁邊購物和吃飯不怎麼方便。但價格非常OK。性價比超高。
