來出差住過幾次了，不錯的酒店，位置佳，景色好，停車方便，客房服務響應及時，衞生乾淨，要吐槽的是早餐，從7點到八點半甚至九點一直陸陸續有酒店員工（看白襯衫應該是，但沒確認過，但都用自帶盆）就餐，總數人也不少，在餐廳另一側就餐，這倒不是問題，問題是員工數目有時多過客人數目，還有端着飯盆在餐廳邊走邊吃的，不少員工吃完早餐再去拿幾個雞蛋或者小東西打包帶走，這也無傷大雅，但有些人直接上手拿不用夾子（着白襯衫的），今早對一此類行為提出異議，得白眼一枚及惡言幾句，怒，特此發泄一下...

這是我在韶關住了十幾年酒店的第一次給出的差評酒店！第一：一整天下面公路的車輛造成的噪音讓你煩躁的懷疑人生！房間玻璃根本就沒有隔音效果，白天吵就算了，一晚上國道上的大車隆隆聲震耳欲聾無法入睡！第二：前台的服務員的服務態度讓你懷疑你是來到了鄉鎮私人旅店！第三：酒店金玉其外敗絮其中，看起來十幾層高的雄偉，實際客房衹佔幾層樓，其它樓層都是租給辦公用，每天白天等電梯可以等十幾分鍾，而且上上下下的人員雜亂無章！第四：酒店的自助早餐，品種單一，一鍋小米粥一分鐘內就見底，然後後面的人就沒有得吃了。問服務員還有沒有了，説看到沒有就沒有了…第五，停車場停車，每次需要出去都必須去前台掃碼，根本不像別的地方住客掃一次可以24小時方便出入…以上囉嗦這麼多，衹想告訴維也納酒店的運營者，希望改正不足，否則其他客人也是衹會來一次而已

本來住着感覺還行，最後一天發生了一件不愉快的事。晚上出去吃飯回來，發現房間一股很濃的煙味，打電話叫客服看了監控，看完客服沒説什麼原因就幫我換了房間，問工作人員也是支支吾吾，估計是我外出的時候有人進了房間，感覺安全沒保障
