Absolutely friendly staff, very caring and considerate… anyone on a budget would love this hotel….. great swimming pool, food good and very reasonable!!

I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible. Smelling of a dead animal or something like that. The bathroom was absolutely not clean and everything was very very old. Then in the middle of night I heard some horrible sound from toilet. The covering of lamp dropped on the floor because it was very old. It was really bad experience to be in this hotel. I never recommend it !

"I stayed at Desert View Sharm Hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the facilities are suitable for children. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool is large and beautiful, and there are entertainment activities such as water games and outdoor activities. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable."

The value you get for the price is great but you don’t get internet in the rooms; you get it only in the lobby. Also, there is no a/c in the lobby but you get it in your room. You do get free breakfast and staff is helpful. Overall the price is great.

Be careful and stay away from this place. They cheat with prices. We arrived at night and receptionist asked us to pay 85$ per 2 nights with taxes. Even tho I clearly see on my reservation on booking that room for 2 nights costs 35$ without taxes and almost 45$ with taxes. But not 85!!!! How come taxes can be more than 100% from the price? When I asked receptionist to provide me any information about taxes I have to pay and why the price like that, his reply was “I don’t have internet now, but the price is 100% correct ”. I used to work on reception too and know everything about taxes on booking so hotel trying to cheat and probably doing that especially with guests who arrive at night…tired, sleepy and don’t have any other choice. I’m super disappointed and first time in my life facing such horrible experience with hotels in Sharm el Sheikh. Attached pics of my reservation with taxes and without. From where they took 85$ I don’t know

Разочарование. Минусы: из-за отсутствия гостей кормили все 10 дней одинаково, без выбора блюд, причем обед и ужин между собой тоже одинаковые. На пятый день взвыли от такой еды. Мы люди неприхотливые, но хоть какое-то разнообразие должно быть. Пляжи все платные, по 5 долларов с человека. В номере ни разу не убирались, мусор не выносыли. Из плюсов, хороший персонал: вежливые, приветливые, с такими и конфликтовать не хочется. Экскурсии советуем брать на пляже у Мустафы. Очень понравилась экскурсия к бедуинам за 40 долларов (в Пегасе 115), в Каир. Больше в Египет не поеду. Страна на один раз.
