JAZ Neo Sharks Bay

We stayed for one night in mid-October. We really enjoyed the food; everything was delicious. We noticed the chef was always checking on the food. We liked that drinks could be poured into large glasses at dinner (especially beer). The staff was friendly, explained everything, and helped with our suitcases. The entertainment was good, and the group danced well. We didn't like the room; it was very hard to hear, and we couldn't open it. There was something wrong with the keys; we had to insert them back and forth a thousand times. It was also dirty. Early in the morning, all the sun loungers were already taken; it was mostly European. The pool was very cold and windy in mid-October. The hotel is fine for a couple of days. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to the sea; they have a shuttle to the Jas Belvedere. The hotel is a C-star, but the food and drinks are 4-5 stars.

The restaurant staff were very friendly, the accommodation was clean, wider than I thought, the view was great, and the draft beer was really delicious. The downside was that it was noisy and I wish there were a little more food options.

The environment is good, close to the airport, suitable for early flights

Good food in its category, helpful people at the reception. On the beach, to which they take 10+ minutes, only the beach area is accessible, they don't let you into the pool area I would like the staff (bar and cleaners) to correct their ********* less often when talking to guests and not to use the words habibi and bro to everyone in a row
