DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh - Sharm Bay

Our stay at double tree by hilton sharm was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home throughout our holiday. The food selection was very good, with a wide variety of options available every day. The only area that could be improved is the way some staff members interact with children when they are on their own. On a few occasions, they seemed a bit strict or firm with the kids. A friendlier and more patient approach would make the experience even better for families. Other than that, everything was excellent. We would happily rate our stay 10/10 and highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is very helpful all the time. Facilities are nice. The food is always great. The tiles and furnitures look old but they all work. I liked almost everything during my stay.

had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. Everything exceeded my expectations! The beach restaurant was fantastic, with great food and a beautiful atmosphere. My room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the service — they kindly upgraded my room to a suite, which made my stay even more special. On top of that, they gave me a complimentary late check-out until 4 PM, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to the guest relations lady who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. She truly made my experience better. Also, the team at Cala restaurant was outstanding. The manager, the service staff, and especially the service women were all extremely kind, attentive, and professional. Their hospitality was perfect and made every meal enjoyable. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again.

Hotel grounds is beautiful, pool looks great. But territory is huge and rooms are far away from the entrance. Room is big and clean. WiFi us bad and hardly work. At night it was a very noisy party outside that bothered our sleep.

It was a good stay

Excellent service that took care of my every needs. The food selection is delivious and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. All the fun activities and entertainment events have been an welcomed bonus. Everything I experienced was great and this trip definitely relaxed and recharged my batteries. I will visit them again soon!
