The hotel's location is quite good, and the environment and beach are also nice. The only downside is that the room is really old; I suggest the hotel consider renovating it, as the decor is almost 30 years old. And my absolute favorite is the hotel's Thai restaurant, "Salad Thai"—it's absolutely amazing! It's so delicious, even better than Thai food in China!!!

The club we stayed at offered a free afternoon tea buffet. The club has its own private beach with good snorkeling; they provide food and drinks. However, be aware that the hotel's snorkeling equipment rental shop can overcharge you based on the customer's price. Aside from that, everything else is terrible: Luggage handling required constant follow-ups. They said on the phone that our luggage was on its way, but when we arrived at the lobby, it was still standing there unattended. The hotel shop was selling two pairs of counterfeit designer children's slippers for over 500 RMB. Adults and children alike were swatting mosquitoes in the room late at night, and the child had at least twenty mosquito bites on their hands and face. We went to the hotel clinic to get some anti-itch and antiseptic ointment, but the doctor said we had to pay because their clinic is outsourced. The room facilities were old, even the club room. The hygiene was terrible; there was blood on the bathrobe. The room facilities were at best comparable to Vienna in China. Garbage!

Beautiful resort. I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious. The pool was also very big, and the best part was that the grounds were so spacious that I could call a cart whenever I wanted to move.

This hotel mainly does business with Russians. It is booked by them. The waiters greeted in Russian. In comparison, Chinese guests were insignificant and had a bad attitude. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to solve the problem. This used to be the Hyatt Regency in Sharm. Now it is called Park Recency. You can experience this kind of edge yourself. The hardware is old, nothing else to say. It is a luxurious five-star resort. You can watch the sunrise over the Red Sea from the balcony. Sharm is worth a visit.
