First, I would like to thank all the Egyptians working at the hotel, from the receptionists, the restaurant staff, the pool supervisors, and the general cleaning staff. They all treat the rooms and the general location with a smile. Regarding the hotel, the location is good and pleasant, but the furniture is old and needs maintenance. There's a musty smell in the room. The air conditioning is weak. The food for the three meals is excellent, in terms of taste, cleanliness, and the organization of the restaurant. The general cleanliness is excellent. Thank you.

Super rubbish. First of all, they overbooked the rooms and sent us to other hotels without our consent. Secondly, the hotel staff discriminated against Asian faces and gave priority to white people to check in, which resulted in us not being able to check in after half an hour of searching. The room was terrible (we were sent to their Anforas Beach Hotel). The Chinese were arranged with old rooms (the Chinese we met in the hotel and on Xiaohongshu had the same experience as us).
