Coral Sea Aqua Club Resort

Absolutely lovely hotel. Not too big. The staff were all very welcoming and their level of English was superb. There are plenty of pool areas to keep everyone happy. The water park and children’s water park is fab. Ahmed at the main pool looked after us and was always lovely. My son particularly loved the popcorn which he got every day. Mansur and Hamada are lovely and chatty and always smiling. They provided fab quizzes along with the usual darts, water polo and other entertainment. They were available in the evenings at the entertainment too along with an English lady who we tried to speak with but she wasn’t very talkative, she was mainly in the kids club. The ladies dancing show was really good and the quiz put on by the entertainment team was good too but if I ever see another Egyptian man in a spinning skirt I will scream! The evening singers were a lovely addition and we had a dance a few nights. Our room cleaner Talal was lovely. So helpful and his English was fantastic. For some reason he was moved from our floor but whenever he saw us he still called out to us to check we were all good. Our favourite meal was at the American restaurant. The staff were lovely. I had the chicken wings and fajitas and they were beautiful. The soft drinks, coffee and alcohol was lovely, no problems at all. The only let down at this hotel was the food during the day. The snack bar was the worst I have had on and AI holiday. The staff here were not so friendly and the food was dried out. Our room was huge! In block 2 with a swim up pool. We were completely spoilt with fresh fruit on arrival and daily towel art. There was a problem with bugs biting but this was not the hotels fault it was the time of year. Please buy the orange OFF spray and use it frequently. We used Sinai Excursions for any taxis we booked. We travelled to Naama Bay for dinner one evening and ate in Rosas which was lovely. We also ate out at Hard Rock Cafe which was fab. We also took a day trip to Cairo which was unreal. The hotel provided us with a lovely breakfast bag. The hotel are very GOOD at what they do and we have no complaints really just the snackbar needs more variety. We walked a few times to the Sister hotel across the road and down to the beach. My husband and son went snorkelling and saw many fish off the pier. I paddled at the beach and saw many fish there too. We had lunch one day in the buffet there which was nice. Our second visit we went to get a drink at the bar at the entrance to the hotel but we were made to feel very unwelcome by the staff and they commented we were from the other hotel and pointed to our wristbands. We hadn’t asked for anything big just 1 shandy and 2 cokes. They were quite rude about us not having a shandy which was fine by us but we were made to feel uncomfortable so we did not go back. Would we return here, absolutely yes we had a great time 😎😎😎😎

Stayed 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel as a single parent with 3 boys. We had a swim up room (block 2, sunny side) and it was amazing arrived on a late flight, there was a fantastic welcome, we were taken to our room which was so spacious with a really large wardrobe which is a bonus massive, comfortable bed (wish it could have fit in my suitcase ) a lovely sectioned off area for 2 of my boys leading to the small terrace and swim up pool, large bathroom with a walk in, screened shower which had good pressure/heat consistently.... there was also a fruit platter in the room and a full buffet awaiting us in the dining room, which was amazing. The food was fantastic, such a great variety, didn't have any meals that weren't totally amazing and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly, my little son used to follow them round and they were all amazing with them The resort itself was immaculately clean and staff were always cleaning, gardening and doing general maintenance..... my housekeeper, Essam kept our room absolutely sparkling and was so friendly and helpful, working long hours and with a smile on his face The waterpark/slide area kept my son's entertained and we all loved the lazy river. I didn't try the wave pool but our friends said that it was brilliant pirate ship was brilliant, I almost wanted to be a child again to use it main pool, yes there are tiles missing but it didn't impact us in any way whatsoever and my kids used it.... there was activities such as water exercises (not my bag so didn't do any of those ) and my son played water fo we slotball each day and had loads of fun the music was good.... bar staff came around regularly to ask if you wanted a drink which was nice, no queuing..... my kids loved the daily candy floss and popcorn at the pool bar too which was available early afternoon. The staff from management to cleaners were all so nice and they are a credit to the hotel.... too many names to mention, all of the kids favourite was Salah..... I loved all of the staff and think they work so very hard and all with smiling faces, they truly made an already fab holiday magical I've been to quite a few holidays in different destinations and have never wanted to return as I like to discover new people and places but this place, I'd return in a heartbeat.... thank you Coral Sea for an amazing stay... from Michelle, Ashton, Leon and Jenson All trips were booked via Falcon Adventure Excursions next door to the hotel and taxis via Hany Mahmood

We had late night arrival so was a nice touch to have some snacks in the bar area and in the room for us. We travelled with 10 of us ranging from 5 years to 70+. Grounds were kept really tidy and clean and everything is in close proximity. Rooms were nice and spacious, large bed which was quite comfortable. Fridge in room and complementary bottles of water. Tea and coffee in room. Hair dryer which was standard hotel one. Air con although very noisy even on lowest setting. Pool towels but you had to change them with maid which was not the most convenient. Pool areas were clean and pools checked and cleaned daily. We had great fun on all the slides and the kids loved the kids areas. Wave machine was good and the flow rider although limited times. Lazy river was very lazy and they insisted you had to wear life jackets in our out of a ring. Main pool had activities and good for a general swim. Snack bar by pool was ok. You can only get alcoholic drinks by the main pool bar not on the aqua park. Buffet was good with a few themed nights, plenty to find to eat and they were very good at temperature checking everything. One of our group is vegi and they always found something. BBQ some nights also. Def try the Asian and American a la carte both were very nice - you can book 2 days in advance on the touch screen in the lower foyer. All staff around the hotel were great. Evening entertainment was in the sports bar - mini disco only lasted 15 mins and played same songs every night - could do with mixing the songs up a bit. Adult entertainment was just ok and only lasted 30 mins - there was usually a singer in the lounge bar at 9.30. Perhaps in high season it might be better and looked like there was an outside area. Sorry to say The constant and loudest clapping from the ents teams during shows got on my nerves and was quite off putting. We had a late flight so kept room till 6pm for £50. We tipped in dollars as they don’t really like coins as they kept asking us to change them up for higher notes. Please take mozzie repelant as we all got bit, some much more than others. Shops outside the hotel but I hate feeling harassed by the men enticing you into their shops and then following you around it just makes it an unpleasant experience but that’s just my opinion. We did a full body massage in the spa and used the sauna and steam room for about an hour it was roughly £50 Overall we had a lovely stay in this hotel and would def recommend for families rather than couples.

I would never book this hotel again poor food quality and the swimming pool is falling apart tui are selling a liy I have finished booking hotels with tui after the initial of £130 refund the rep don’t give a monkeys every one around the pool was saying the same definitely would not recommend

fantastic holiday! the swim up room was lovely, the service and staff were excellent!! we would return in a heartbeat. the food was great and the staff in the buffet restaurant were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much for them to help you and bring you drinks when you were running low. the waterpark was great, not too busy and no sunbed wars at this time of year. The weather was great too, 30 degrees most days!

The best week away for Easter This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in So clean, staff can’t do enough for you and are so friendly So much to do with the kids Lots of choice for food and the Mexican restaurant was amazing Big thank you to all the bar staff for the lovely ice coffees every morning and the frozen pina coladas Our cleaner was amazing he works so hard Everyone is so friendly Make sure to try the beach over the road We will definitely be back Our first time to Egypt and it was even better than what we imagined Thank you ☺️

Perfect for families with excellent facilities and amazing water park. The hotel team were so helpful and nice and service was even more impressive as we visited during Ramadan. Food was decent rather than amazing but plenty of choice and a few areas slightly tired but the overall experience was hard to fault. Good to be able to use the sisters hotel beach and the entertainment was varied Definitely recommended for families

Having read all the reviews before we arrived I was expecting a good hotel and Coral Sea Aqua Club Resort you definitely didn't disappoint. Me, my husband and 12-year-old son absolutely loved it. Like almost every review on here I have to mention the staff, oh my word they were all amazing, couldn't do enough for you, hats off to every single one of them, really. The hotel was clean and tidy, the aqua park area so much fun, so many laughs. The animation team were great, loved Hany's aqua aerobics, most fun I've had doing this anywhere. The evening entertainment could have been better but not sure because we went earlier in season the resources were limited. There was a brilliant singer in the lobby bar a couple of nights though but unfortunately we didnt catch his name, he got everybody going. 👍 Food was lovely with a wide choice. Our room was massive and immaculate- thanks to Mina for the decorative towel arrangements. We did take a few trips across the road to the sister hotel, which was a lot bigger and looked just as impressive, to visit the beach area and was amazed at how much marine life there was so close to the beach. A walk to the end of the jetty is highly recommended. Didn't want to leave this place and will look to return in the future. Thank you Coral Sea Aqua Club Resort.

We absolutely loved our time at Coral Sea Aqua club! We will be returning. *Food - so much choice and really tasty! *Facilities- great! Plenty of sun beds, the slides were good for older kids and big kids :) rooms were comfortable and made up daily with lots of big bottles of water left. *Staff - all amazing! So accommodating. Special thank you to the animation team, Aimee, Viva and the young man - whose name has escaped me! our little girl had the best time thanks largely to you guys! She loved mini disco and kids club! She was so sad to leave you! Thank you also to Khalid in the restaurant, being so polite and again great with our little girl who could be a bit fussy! All in all a fab family holiday!
