This was, without a doubt, the best hotel resort we've ever stayed at. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the moment we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. I initially chose this hotel for its aesthetic, but it was even more stunning in person than the photos could ever capture. Every part of the hotel was immaculate, and our room was spotless every day. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen.
What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the very first moment we arrived, every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and offered lunch while we waited for our room. When we got to our room, we had an incredible view of both the pool and the beach—such a beautiful spot to relax.
The staff at the restaurants were warm, friendly, and always made sure we were well taken care of. They remembered our drink preferences and were always genuinely excited to see us when we arrived. The team at the pool and beach bars went out of their way to make our experience even better, offering special drinks and assisting us whenever needed. It felt like they anticipated our needs before we even said a word, and that level of attention to detail truly made our stay memorable.
One example that really stood out: I started to get a sore throat during our stay, and the staff at the buffet immediately made me a hot drink with ginger, lemon, and mint. They even sent some to our room for later. The next day, when we went to the pool, they already had my hot drink ready for me. Little gestures like this made all the difference and showed how much the staff cares.
We became friends with the staff and were genuinely sad to leave them. They were not only incredibly professional but also seemed like real friends by the end of our stay. They truly go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect experience, and I sincerely hope they are well-compensated for their hard work.
The resort has a laid-back vibe, with a blend of club music and a relaxed atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot. There are friendly staff members who offer massages and facials, but they are never pushy—just there if you’re interested.
As for the food, it was outstanding. The buffet had a wide variety of options that changed every night with different themes, and each dish was delicious. We also dined at one of the specialty restaurants for a night, and the food there was equally impressive.
I can’t recommend this resort enough. It's hands down my favorite hotel, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when I return to Sharm. If you’re looking for top-tier service, a stunning setting, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay!
