I would recommend this hotel to everyone ⭐️ 5. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near Naama Bay. The beach is just across the street, a 5-minute walk. The food and service are top-notch; the staff really go the extra mile. I want to thank Ahmed, who works on the terrace, because he was always attentive. I also want to thank Shirma, who treated me like family from the beauty salon. Thanks to her, I had the best service experience with the massage and hammam. And Dina, you guys are the best, highly recommended! A huge compliment also goes to Hazem from the pool – a super warm, attentive, and very funny person. The guys at reception were always helpful to me and my mother, one of whom has a health issue. They helped us whenever we needed it. Emad, the concierge, is super organized and very friendly – thank you! And I also want to thank the restaurant manager, Saied Farouk, for his efforts and thoughtful approach; I really appreciated his hospitality. I will definitely come back.
