The service is good. The hotel is not new, but it is well maintained. Self-guided tours are all-inclusive. You don’t have to worry about lying down in the hotel. All drinks are free. There are many facilities for children to play.

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team.
I also thank them.
Of course, everything is not perfect, but I think it is the best hotel you can go to with your family. Thank you Pickalbatros Royal Moderna.

Fantastic holiday We enjoyed our holiday from the first meeting with all the staff At reception, they treated us Warmly The buildings and the pools are fantastic and clean. We had an amazing bedroom are cleaned everyday to A high standards . The food was beautifully presented with an extensive range of gorgeous breakfast, lunch and dinner Everything was amazing Except something that really bothered me Our tour rep of Love Holidays, his name is Ehab He told us it's better to exchange your English money to the Egyptian . He exchanged all English money we have After two days we wanted to do some activities He refused to take Egyptian money and he said you must pay in GBP(Sterling) We decided not to book through him and book somewhere else It was the only issue at our hotel

My friends and I had an incredible stay at the hotel in January. The food was top-notch, and the staff treated us with exceptional kindness. All the included services made our experience even more enjoyable, and the convenient location added to the overall satisfaction. It was a fantastic getaway that we’ll cherish. Highly recommended!

We chose albatross moderna to spend our holiday for the new year and we had the best party. Really we like it so much, we had lots of fun with the animation team especially wajdi and the hotel has lovely food, very tasty and very clean pool. Lovely staff and reception! Very helpful

White Elephant was excellent and staff were great Animation team, especially Abdell, were fantastic Osama and his team at the beach bar could not be any more helpful and friendly 9th time to this hotel and we will be returning Thank you for a great holiday
