I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing—from the delicious food to the excellent service and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
The beach itself looked absolutely beautiful. The only downside was that it was rocky, but for those who love snorkeling or diving, it’s actually perfect!
Overall, I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel service is very good, and the facilities are well maintained, especially the children's playground, which is very new. The lifeguard is very responsible and pays attention to every child, which makes people feel at ease. All the waiters are also very proactive. Fathalla cleans very cleanly and keeps the guest rooms very clean every day. This hotel is highly recommended and is a good choice for vacation.
Our room type includes three meals. We go to the buffet every day. I am very happy that I don’t have to worry about ordering. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. If you don’t want to walk, you can take a bus.

I don't want to write a review, because if people realize that this is such a good hotel, there will not be 😆 in it at all. It was hard to catch them. This is the best place in Egypt, beautiful landscape, views, clean and quiet sea, silence and calm, lack of crowds of holidaymakers. Welcome staff, always ready to help. Near the old city, 15 minutes walk. We are always your regular guests now. However, there was one minus in this trip, this bar nearby, which once a week arranges a discotheque up to 3 a.m., which prevents you from resting with your delbec. And there is a request for local holidaymakers of Egyptians, I understand that only in your country night lifestyle, at night you live, work and have fun, and at daytime sleep because it is very hot. But tourists from other countries are completely on the contrary, we work in the day, and at night sleep, we have our regime. So, a big request, talk quietly at night, not as you used to at home, the same applies to loud music from morning to evening in the room and terrace , this hotel is not for that, it is a place for relaxation. Respect your neighbors and everyone will be happy. I ask the staff to pay attention to this and make an announcement at the check-in that it is impossible to noise.

Jira02Overall, it was a good experience. However, the reception staff could improve their English fluency for a much better and easier stay. The all-inclusive food was a bit monotonous; it was almost the same every day. For a six-day stay, crabs and prawns were served once and beef and chicken the rest. The beach walk was a quick three minutes, depending on your pace. The staff were generally friendly and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was only sanitised once during our stay.

Guest UserFriendly staff. Large well-kept area. 4 swimming pools. Italian architect. Nearby is the Old Town, shops, pharmacies, McDonald's. 2 beaches with a bus: paid Palma $3 per person and Terrazzina free. Palma - clear water, fish, corals. Not suitable for children. Terrazzina - shallow, sand, children are allowed. Varied food. Lots of pastries, fresh vegetables and herbs. Children's club. Laundry. The room is spacious. With a balcony. With air conditioning and TV (including programs in Russian). Cleaning every day with a change of towels. It was very nice that they congratulated us on our birthday with a cake in the room. We did not indicate this in any way. Free wi-fi on the territory of the hotel. You can order a transfer or excursions directly at the hotel.

One of the most budget-friendly 4-star options.
This is an option for guests who aren't easily spoiled.
Major downsides:
Loud music until 11 PM.
A lot of Russians who drink beer and rum and coke non-stop every day and loudly discuss politics, among other things, for the whole hotel to hear.
The hotel management team is very unfriendly, unlike the staff who try to be hospitable and create a pleasant impression. This positive impression is ruined by the administration, who try to rip you off at the first opportunity.
Our booking didn't include lunch on the first day; it was included on the day of departure. As a result, the administration almost refused to let us have lunch for half an hour, demanding money.
Keep this in mind.

Highly recommended this hotel. When you check in they will give you a bracelet and you have to wear it till you check out. Breakfast is included for all guests, however they have a special “all inclusive packages” for some guests with different prices which i couldn’t find in trip.com. Lunch buffet is 560 EGP, dinner buffet is 750 EGP. If you want to eat outside I would recommend Al Hariri restaurant with 15mins walking distance. The first day when I arrived i ordered room services which comes to a surprise because it was a huge portion! Super worth it. Water heater works well but have to turn on for 5mins before it gets warm. HOWEVER, I wanted to buy ice cream at the pool bar but the staff charge me 100 EGP but when my friend bought it they only charge her 40 EGP. It was exactly the same ice cream…I guess in Egypt they could open any price they want, they will charge you for air too if they want…

There are many room types, and the price on Ctrip seems to be for the basic room? The front desk said the rooms are located in sections 20 and 21, as shown in picture one. I saw many people staying there. It's a bit of a walk to the beach from there, and rooms closer to the beach are more expensive. The room type we got was definitely not like the pictures. The front desk offered paid upgrades (PS: There's one tall, dark-skinned guy with curly hair at the front desk – not sure of his nationality – who was all high-fives and ear-to-ear smiles with white guests, but he was dismissive and gave differential treatment to others. If you encounter him, just ask for someone else. Everyone else was very friendly, and our slightly complicated check-in was eventually handled well). The hotel facilities here are quite old, so don't have high expectations. The bedding and linens are old but clean, and the room is cleaned daily. As long as the air conditioning and hot water work, it's fine. It's best to bring your own toiletries, and a hairdryer if you need one – some rooms have them but they don't work and can't be replaced, but with the good sunshine, things dry quickly anyway 😂. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all buffets. If you get tired of them, there are paid à la carte restaurants. The beach environment and underwater scenery are good, mainly hard corals. You can snorkel directly from the shore. The entry points will be closed if the waves are too high. After getting a towel, just find an unoccupied lounge chair and relax for the day. Overall, this all-inclusive hotel offers good value for money. You'll wear a wristband after check-in, which you'll need for entry and exit. For luggage porters and housekeeping, a tip of around 30 EGP is usually sufficient. More might make you a target unless you feel the person truly deserves it. It's best to exchange small bills at the airport beforehand.
