The room was clean and no issues, however the pool is down and there was no mention of that on the website or at check-in so that was a bit disheartening. Otherwise I would book again.

The room given to me was occupied. How does that happen? Then, upon giving me a new room, the key didn’t work. After supposedly fixing the key, sent me upstairs with a staff member to unlock the door with a master key if mine still didn’t work. How would that solve my nonworking key to get back in? Questioned me twice about the occupied room as if I was the cause of the problem. They eventually resolved things, but very offputting.

The advertised pool was “out of order”, and the continental breakfast was decent but is only available until 9:30, not 10:00 as stated on *******. We showed up for breakfast at 9:45 the first morning (along with another hotel guest) and breakfast was still being served so we enjoyed ourselves. The second morning when we showed up at 9:45, I saw that there was still food out but was told they were already starting to “clean up”, so we couldn’t have any. The hotel was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, but to call this a new or “fully renovated” hotel is a bit of a stretch. They’ve painted the walls and furniture, and put down new carpet. The bathroom in our room was new looking, except for the bathtub and all of it’s fixtures (the bathtub had been painted in spots, the shower head and grab bar were old and rusty, the drain/stopper was broken, and there was hair in the tub). The tile floor was also old, with dirty black grout and dust. It was an odd combination of old and new. Overall, the hotel was average. Staff was very friendly, or else I’d be docking another star.

Under renovation
It was under (much needed) renovation during our stay. The beds were clean but everything else felt dusty and the bathroom was moldy. The breakfast was not very good. The bagels seemed a few days old and serving utensils were missing for some items. Said coffee was available all day but by afternoon the coffee was what was leftover from the morning. Hopefully after the renovation they will pay attention to those details.

Terrible conditions
This hotel was under construction/remodel. There was no information on the site as to this. There were broken mirrors, broken windows and broken furniture strewn outside the main entrance. There were also no cars in the parking lot and no one at the main desk. The hotel was dirty and smelled. I did not stay here and found a different hotel in the area. The clerk did come to the front desk after I called a number that was at the front desk.
