The management company was awful. They don’t tell you that they’re not a real hotel and that nobody is on site until the last minute. They don’t tell you your bathroom may not be in your room. Expect you to upload all of your private info online. No way to check in in person, and nobody there to address safety issues with other guests or other urgent matters. Canceled our reservation ahead of time once we learned of this and had to fight just to get refunded. Beware.

One night stay in this hotel! But so much disappointment.... First of all, no warning when booking the hotel that the private bathroom for room 203 is not in the room but across the hall. I wouldn't book it if I knew... Very noisy heat pump right under the window. We had to choose - to hear the pump or to leave the radio on during the night... And last, but the most frustrating one - we ended up with an extra charge for a "missing item". No call, no warning, just a charge on the credit card. When inquired, they explained that they tried to notify me. After weeks of explanations and promises to refund, they refused despite I never took anything from the hotel... Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience! Would not recommend!

una piccola premessa: l'albergo è un tutt'uno con il ristorante seaside grazing. abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovarlo in quanto l'insegna è piccola. il ceck in si effettua all'entrata chiamando un numero di telefono dove comunicano il pin per ritirare la chiave in una cassetta vicino alla camera. la camera era molto ben arredata tutta in bianco con cabina armadio e ben pulita. anche il bagno era adeguato con tutti gli accessori. cmq si trova sulla strada principale

Bel hôtel, cependant notre réservation n'a pas été respectée, ( chambre avec lit Queen au lieu de lit King) , enregistrement impossible en ligne, personne à l'accueil à l'arrivée. Nous n'y retourberont pas.
