Hotel is in a good location. The common areas were clean and the staff we met was really friendly. The rooms are a little tired and would benefit from a refurb. It was good to have a fridge in the room. Comfy bed's but the shower was really cold in the morning unfortunately. The pool and steam room was a nice way to start the day. Overall we thought it was good value for money.

Terrible facilities as this hotel was decorated long long time ago. I've booked the hotel for 2 nights and on the first night the wall mounted hair dryer exploded with a huge sound and burnt odour, and the hotel was fully booked so no room for us to move we have to sleep with the burnt odour. On the second day the hot water supply is broken as there was no hot water supply in my room, only room temperature (slightly warm)water, the night shift staff tried to fix it but failed. This is one of the terrible experience I've ever had. The room is also very old, please imagine 1970's rooms
Staffs are good especially the night shift staff who actively helped us. Location is good.

We came to Sheffield to visit family. Our experience at the hotel was good. Staff were great and facilities advertised were functional. The cleaner who got our room ready was very good and approachable. She help us with the sofa bed and extra cover when requested. The bed was very comfortable. We had a good experience at this hotel and I'll use them again.

The hotel looked like it hadn’t been decorated since the 70s. The bath leaked the shower base had a crack in it and there was mould behind the tap of the sink. The WiFi was also off for a full day

Huge leaflet about sleep and how to get most sleep but hotel provided really awful 3rd rate pillows and no way of reducing temperature. Unable to have window open due to noise. Swimming pool was like a bath so couldn’t really exercise
