The hotel feels outdated and unsafe. The door lock was flimsy, the peephole loose, and it seemed the door could be pried open. The bathroom was worn—the tub was peeling and yellowed, with brown dust in the details. The mattress squeaked whenever I sat down. Soundproofing was terrible: two connecting doors to the next room meant I could hear everything, and someone opened one at midnight. As a woman traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe. I can’t recommend this hotel. Overall, I did not feel safe or comfortable. Management urgently needs to address the door security, replace the bathtub, deep-clean the bathroom, fix or replace the mattress, and properly seal or remove the connecting doors. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel—especially for solo female travelers. 单独旅行的女性不要选择这家酒店，有卫生问题和安全隐患

Wonderful hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only downside was I got back to hotel at 10.30pm wanting to go straight ro sleep but there was a wedding on and music kept me awake until midnight.

Lovely clean and welcoming hotel with great facilities. There is a spa and pool at the hotel and a restaurant. We ate in the bar area and the food and service was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was amazing overall. Spa facilities seem like abit old but for the price i paid, it worth it. However the heater in the room abit too warm

A great hotel in a good location for visitors to Sheffield. The advantage of staying slightly out of the city centre for free parking and a peaceful location. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet in lovely grounds. We had 4 rooms with our party which were booked at a reasonable price and 2 were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially the lady on reception. Would happily stay here again

It was unfortunate that the heating and hot water supply of the whole hotel was out of order during our stay. The staff worked whole-heartedly to find another sister hotel for us
