Everything is wonderful: territory of forest, beach with no one else around, big balcony with excellent sea and mountains view, comfortable bed with many soft pillows, bathroom and separate bath, chill zone, dining zone, good wifi everywhere. But the best of all it is water zone: inside aquapark with sea water, aquarium, spa zone, inside tropic forest and swimming pool with warm water starting inside and continuing out to the beach and pier.

Great experience!

We had three rooms out of which two were for six nights so we got quite a comprehensive experience of what the resort has to offer during spring. This hotel’s greatest asset are its highly attentive, helpful and professional employees, from the receptionists, cleaning staff members and restaurant workers. Five out of five stars without hesitation. We had room upgrades and when I ran out of coffee the cleaning lady brought me more capsules, and even a baby crib for our youngest child. Seemingly tiny things that make a lasting impression of how the staff members try to make everything in the power so that the guests feel at home. The devil is in the details, the coffee capsules are the best from Italy, Ili, and the soaps Molton Brown. The rooms are excellent, silent and the quality of mattresses great, we had wonderful rest here. The superb mattresses are on another level, well on par with Radisson in Tbilisi. The bathrooms are very tastefully designed and practical, well done interior designer! The breakfast is simply world class, superb. Never tasted such a great omelette anywhere, the coffee is great, juice selection excellent, tasty bread and wonderful variety for anything one might want. The gym is excellent and think most wanna be athletes or athletes will all the equipment here they will ever need. Aquapark is a lot of fun with the kids and we spent countless hours there. The pools are wonderful and the lifeguards clearly alert. Kids (and us adults too) loved the aquarium. There is always room for improvement in every business so here are in my humble opinion the main ones. The main drawback is the restaurant during dinner. The porridge for the kids is great, the salads, soups and burgers not so much. The wines are over priced. We tried many of the foods and they don’t offer a great variety of choice nor value so after having had food here for a few evenings we decided to eat out at Kobuleti and Batumi. My children are aged 4 and 2 and they know how to behave, always polite and not loud. They love jacuzzis and saunas (they are from Finland after all) but could not use the jacuzzi due to their age even under their parents’ supervision. Pity. Overall 4.5 stars, and perhaps one day even 5 stars if the restaurants can up their game for dinners. Hats off to all the hard working employees of this wonderful resort!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have seen, and I have seen many. Super modern, with beautiful rooms overlooking the sea, it has a great 115 m pool and a wonderful aquarium. The only disappointing point is its Pool Restaurant, or rather the service there. The waiters are obviously not trained at all and do not know such basic things as that cocktails should be served before the meal and not with the main course, and that a spoon should come with the soupe. Most of them hardly speak any English and some are simply rude, like Zeini - a bad image for the country known for its hospitality! The nicest waiters we met were Giorgi in Dialogues restaurant and Nana on the 7th floor.
