Escape to our serene haven nestled in the heart of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. This inviting property offers the perfect home base for your bourbon tasting adventures. The Bourbon Bungalow is located in a rural/residential area across the street from Guist Creek Lake in the charming town of Shelbyville. We are midway between Louisville and Lexington and perfectly situated for visits to a plethora of distilleries. Our home features four cozy bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table that seats eight, and a welcoming living area perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring local distilleries. Enjoy picturesque sunsets from the front porch or relax on the patio in the back. Fix a cocktail while you listen to a record on our record player. After a day of bourbon tasting and exploring, you’ll definitely want to sink into the hot tub (seats 7) and relieve the day’s adventures. In the summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day) you’ll have the refreshing pool for a dip. Each of our bedrooms is designed to bring to life one of our favorite local distilleries. Have fun choosing which one you like best! The Woodford Room features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
