這次入住體驗遠超預期，女朋友很滿意！推開窗就是毫無遮擋的絕美海景，晨起看日出、傍晚觀落霞，每一幀都像在畫裏，隨手拍都是大片。
服務更是貼心到細節裏，安排了機場專車接送，從辦理入住時的耐心指引，到主動幫忙升級高樓層觀景房，日常需求響應也特別及時。

説説我憑海臨風的真實感受… 定的他家宣傳服務好景觀也好看似很OK（好評不知道哪兒來的 我懷疑刷的😂。工作人員太少！。選了你憑海臨風的特色洞穴房 看着挺美！酒店房間左側 山景周遭 全是墓地😬😬😬！😂（做生意的 或忌諱的還是考慮清楚！是否入住😬…！ 晚上不到九點 酒店外面是沒有宣傳美化的景觀燈的 周遭黑漆漆的）房間尤其夜裡不開燈都不行！ 房間夜間是爬來爬去的螞蟻🐜 還有類似蟬蟲🕷類的東西，打死好多衹🕷 還是有好多🕷🐜…！找管家反映 衹是把蟲子🕷用餐紙拎走了 一點無安撫顧客心情之意識！ 我很難理解😂！（員工就這麼培訓的 ？）😂無處理蟲子措施😡（用紙包走了我打死的！😂） 更無半分歉意！ 。 絕的是 入住之前已經約定好的時間.來接顧客 他家酒店 居然把他家自己跟顧客約定好時間左改右改 改了又改 且整整遲到半個多小時，讓我一行人在大太陽下曬太陽！毫無半分最基本口頭"抱歉"都木！ 據説 他自己他是他家酒店負責人 且出來 接 顧客😂！（意思是晚到顧客應該理解他😂。且到了酒店 還要等很長時間！，房間弄打掃 （打掃房間人員少）！。因我這次來的人員沒那麼多 沒有繼續住他家其它家套房 且他家後面也衹剩套房，不適合我們這次出行少的人員， 我更換了別家酒店， 又是他家負責人送的 更絕的是 開車不把我送到目的地！ 説車不好開上去。（關鍵人家酒店 停了好些輛出租接送顧客上下 出去玩！人家怎麼開上去的？你家憑海臨風酒店山腰那麼高 出行那麼不方便 地勢也不低吧！？😂。你告訴我？下家酒店不好開！😂。那顧客出你家酒店前 為什麼不早和顧客説？讓顧客早點和下家酒店聯繫出行？或幫顧客叫出租 目的地。你不送到目的地 且目的一半 才又臨時告訴我 讓我臨時催促
讓下家酒店來接？！請問？你作為憑海臨風負責人接客送客 這麼無禮 ？！ 是顧客花錢應當服務你的嗎 ？還是顧客花錢還要應當靠你吃飯。且反而還要給你提供情緒價值？ 請你還是別幹高端服務業了 你真不適合做高端服務業！別禍害想要品質出行顧客出行體驗！我雖定你們憑海臨風 洞穴房 它是包含住房退房接送 請你看清楚！，我從你家酒店換下家酒店到也就5分鐘，沒讓你送我 去碼頭 . 你就可以把顧客扔半道？🙄。況且你明明看見我大件行禮箱！。正常你送去（碼頭20分鐘左右） 我雖沒去碼頭 改變路線。但我比你送去的碼頭快吧。比我去的比碼頭時間快近大半了吧 ？😂。且衹送一次。 況 且我從沒矯情的要你送好這趟丶還再送下趟吧？你給我麼大打折扣之服務 你過意的去嗎？你作為負責人？（全程我沒指責你任何吧？！（脾氣😡） 我不説話 當存有些素質顧客 是軟柿子？😡？ 隨便隨意對待就好😂？請問你定位的高端 高端在哪裡？😡你推出的給顧客體驗 尤其服務 它就是這麼高端的嗎？不得不承認😂你價格枸杞島上卻實是目前最高端的！😬😂高端觀景游泳酒店 應該不止你這一家吧？？？

暑假我們三口之家來嵊泗玩，網上做攻略就被這家民宿吸引住了。來之前還是有點忐忑的，畢竟照騙比較多。來了之後太驚歎啦，真的很美很美！老闆給我們升級了套房，簡直絕絕子！真是我住過最美的民宿，沒有之一！滿足了心中所有的小願望🥰落地窗，海景房，無邊泳池~實在太完美了！

在嵊山島東崖絕壁附近的絕美民宿，公共區域一步一景超美的，各種出片，我們住的是四人雙層140平米loft，兩層都很棒，寬敞又舒服，景色又美，純白裝修，乾淨整潔衞生，一整天窩在民宿躺平看風景也不錯，晚上四個人窩在一起看投影，很開心，我們來的時間是梅雨季節，所以景色美的程度衹到50%，如果大晴天這裏就是小希臘感拉滿，管家的服務也很到位，及時響應，很貼心，下次還會再來住

民宿的整體感很強，綠地、泳池和花園錯落有致，非常適配眼前的海景，房間的純白設計直觀感受簡潔上檔次，陽光且自然，寧靜中透露出慵懶的氣息，特別是坐在泳池邊的草地上靜靜的看着太陽落山，非常治癒被996折磨的疲憊的心，收穫了難得的寧靜快樂，落地大窗和浴室的視野極開闊，名不虛傳的海景盡歸於你，孩子來了就不願意外出了，特別説明餐廳視野一級棒，飯菜味道超出想象，比民宿外的餐館要更符合我們一家的口味，後來選擇不去推薦的餐廳，因為這裏不僅能品嚐到當地特色，也能安靜的欣賞晚歸的漁船，另外感謝管家，真的很貼心，為我們提供了很多便捷服務，下次還會帶女兒來這裏享受靜謐的海邊時光。

環境還是不錯的，就是價格貴了些，另外吃的一般，建議早飯做點麪條稀飯，因為坐船肚子容易難受。其他都還行。
