在嵊州入住了這家新開業的希爾頓歡朋酒店，這次的體驗與以往住過的同品牌酒店有點不同，給我留下了深刻美好的印象。酒店大堂的設計所色彩搭配堪稱完美，充滿了年輕活力，每處細節會讓人都充滿創意。前台服務是無可挑剔。都熱情洋溢，辦理入住手續的過程高效流暢，沒有絲毫的拖沓與繁瑣。而且，他們還會貼心地給我介紹本地的特色小吃以及周邊值得遊玩的地方，這份細緻入微的服務讓我感受到温暖。早餐，真的是一場味蕾的盛宴！酒店精心準備了豐富的嵊州本地小吃，其中炒榨麪和小籠包的味道尤為出色，一口下去，滿滿的都是當地的獨特風味。豐富多樣的菜品選擇讓人挑得眼花繚亂，但每一樣都新鮮美味，品質上乘。用餐期間，服務人員熱情周到，都時刻關注着我的的需求。更令人驚喜的是，早上還能看到身着西服的管理層領導主動為客人提供服務，能看得出來希爾頓品牌對於服務質量的高度重視和嚴格要求。
房間很令人滿意。房間衞生乾淨整潔，每一個角落都一塵不染。電視上顯示洗衣機剩餘時間的功能非常人性化，充分考慮到我的實際需求。而酒店的江景更是美不勝收，站在窗前，欣賞着窗外的美景，一天的疲憊瞬間消散，心靈也得到了極大的治癒。酒店後面的花園景觀也為整個住宿體驗增添了一抹亮色，綠意盎然，生機勃勃。不得不提的是酒店的整體服務水平很高。在這裏，我看到了眾多穿西服的管理層人員活躍在公共區域，主動為客人提供幫助和服務。這種全員參與、積極主動的服務理念，讓我都能的關懷和尊重。這是我住過最好的希爾頓歡朋酒店之一，必須點贊！

作為常年奔波的商旅黨，這次入住嵊州希爾頓歡朋的體驗直接拉滿，從貼心服務到絕美江景，再到乾淨的周邊環境，每一處都戳中好感點，必須認真誇一波！
先誇下服務，嵊州希爾頓歡朋的服務亮點藏都藏不住！前台小姐姐效率超高，3分鐘搞定入住，還主動叫出我的姓氏，全程微笑超有親和力。客房服務響應快到驚人，想要額外的衣架、充電線，打個電話5分鐘就送到，好有親切感。機器人送外賣和快遞，全程無接觸，既保護私隱又不用等，科技感拉滿。
大堂隨時有免費的橙汁、奶香味，巧克力曲奇，不管是早到還是晚歸，都能隨時補充能量。保潔阿姨打掃得超仔細，桌面、地面一塵不染，連衞生間的死角都乾乾淨淨，每天還會主動更換洗漱用品，整理床鋪時還會把零散物品擺放整齊。員工們都超熱情，不管是走廊遇到的安保大哥，還是餐廳的服務人員，都會主動點頭問候，甚至能記住我的喜好，第二天早餐還主動問要不要再來份蛋卷。
這次也是帶孩子入住，前台主動送卡通毛巾動物和小童用品，連嬰兒床都能提前佈置好，親子友好度滿分。離店時不僅主動幫忙叫車，還貼心準備了礦泉水和本地小籠包掛件很可愛，細節暖到心坎裏。有任何疑問，不管是問周邊攻略還是設施使用，員工都能耐心解答，還會主動分享本地美食，完全不像標準化服務，更像朋友般貼心。
從入住到離店，全程零踩雷，貼心到骨子裡的服務、治癒系江景、乾淨舒適的周邊環境，每一處都讓人滿意。以後不管是出差還是旅遊，這家嵊州希爾頓歡朋絕對是我的首選，已經推薦給身邊所有朋友，誰住誰知道有多香！

審美佳，房間和大堂都很好看。
床品舒服，好喜歡枕頭！
房間電動窗簾，很智能喲，一鍵調光。
大堂裏現磨咖啡不錯，曲奇餅乾也很好吃，大堂還有周邊景點路線圖和打印機，太全面了。
服務好，前台Coco小姐姐人好看又很熱情為我介紹酒店和周邊的美食，客房阿姨見面都會打招呼。
機器人送物品方便又可愛，🤖還會打電話用機器人聲音哈哈。
