網評回覆模板四：住過民宿賓館甚至是青旅,尤其這個房子寬敞明亮乾淨,設備新,停車方便，停車場很大，對於我們經常開車外出的，這個是首選｡還有就是洗澡的水很好調,不會過熱或過冷｡安裝的新空調也很舒適｡離城區僅有6分鐘的距離，外出相當方便｡性價比還是很高的｡推薦

差評，攜程唯一一個手動差評。途中路過神木，準備休息一下。特意過濾了帶充電樁的，選了這家。地下停車場有幾個慢充樁，也沒有人在充電，但是需要刷卡。打電話問了前台，説先上樓拿充電卡再下樓充電，然後再去房間。。結果上去辦入住，跟我説充電卡沒有了，其他客人拿走沒還回來。要是用卡你就好好管理，要是不會管你就上二維碼的方案。又要用卡又不會管理。前台説話態度差，就頂着説。我説誰拿走的給問問，她説不知道。我説那如果有人還回來，幫我刷個卡，她説就一個人下不去。。。就是衹知道拒絕用户的需求，從不想着給用户解決問題。。也不知道安撫用户情緒。。。酒店整體隔音差，凌晨一點旁邊説話聽的清清楚楚，第二天早上外面也是叮了咣啷的。早飯很差，基本上沒啥東西。奧對，還得收300的按金，就離譜，啥年代了還收按金。退房還現等着查房退按金，一點信任都沒有。一路那麼多酒店，都是還了房卡直接走。這體驗太差了！
