There are beautiful calligraphy decorations hanging next to the desk in the room, and literary works and plant illustrations related to Shennongjia are also placed. The balcony is large. It feels good to sit on the balcony to eat supper and drink beer at night, and watch the mountains and forests opposite in the morning. The attitude of the lady at the front desk is friendly and the service is thoughtful. The child needs to print homework temporarily, and it was printed quickly and sent to the room by the robot. The mineral water sent by the booking room was delivered to the car by the little brother. The breakfast also matches the grade of the hotel. The hot dishes are good, and the coffee, peanut walnut juice and the current rice noodles are well received! The only flaw is that there is no USB charging port in the room, haha.

The hotel is very clean, with complete hardware, floor heating, no odor in the room, refreshing bath water, and a very good attitude from the waiter. It was off-season when I came, so there were not many people, so the experience was particularly good. The hotel room was very large, and I was upgraded to a business king room for free, with a large balcony. Downstairs is the Xiangxi River, but the windows are very soundproof, and you can't hear the sound of the stream when you close them. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, and the dining environment is clean, tidy and bright. The main hall of the hotel is very grand, the service is also good, and they gave me souvenirs before leaving! I will stay at his house next time I come to Shennongjia!

Parking is very convenient, but the sanitation of the parking lot needs to be improved. Located in the core area of ​​Muyu Town, you can try duck feet plate and cold water fish from the surrounding farmhouses, buy some mountain products and mushrooms, and it is convenient to go to major attractions.

The check-in experience is terrible, terrible. It is called a five-star hotel but is actually similar to an economy hotel in all aspects except for its larger size. Good reviews are begged for: good reviews are required for check-in and good reviews for breakfast. The hygiene is poor: there are urine stains on the toilet and a smell of urine next to the elevator in the basement. According to five-star standards, the breakfast is almost inedible and tastes bad. Many of the pastries are not fresh.
