地理位置很好，在坪阡鎮正中心，去大九湖很方便，超市和葯店也很近，晚上過個馬路就能看鎮上的民俗表演。
房間乾淨整潔，不臨街所以晚上睡覺也很安靜。
老闆和老闆娘很熱情，推薦的好玩的、好吃的都很適合小朋友。
