Our room was spotless, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive! Definitely a top recommendation! The location is fantastic, right on the main street, so you have easy access to plenty of food and shopping just steps away – super convenient! I highly recommend the 'Lao Difang' restaurant; their food was absolutely delicious! I'm actually planning to go back to Muyu Town just to have another meal there before heading home. I completely forgot to take any photos of the hotel, but the natural scenery of Shennongjia is truly breathtaking! What a perfect summer getaway!

The location is very good, the passenger station is uphill on the right hand, and it is very close to the Yandi Grand Theatre. There are many early and restaurants nearby. There is a primary school opposite. It is very quiet at night and you can sleep well. The boss is hospitable and can help you solve any problems. She is still a very clean person. She often checks and cleans on various floors, and she can appear immediately as soon as she calls. I like the decoration style of the room very much, stylish and warm, the bathroom sink, bathroom, toilet are all separated, you can use each other at the same time without disturbing each other, ensuring privacy. Shennongjia water is very cold, but the hot water in the hotel is hot when it is turned on. The sanitation of the room is very good. The pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. The disposable sheets and quilts I brought out did not come in handy.

The room size and facilities were faultless. It came with a balcony, which was great for drying clothes and ventilation – a thoughtful feature, as expected from a Guangdong-based hotel brand. The in-room amenities were also excellent. While breakfast was lavish, I was quite disappointed with dinner, and it wasn't the taste that was the problem. The service was incredibly slow; it was clear there wasn't enough staff during the peak season. This isn't a reflection on the service personnel, but rather a systemic issue with your Kande Group. All guests were left waiting. Your Dongguan branch would never have this kind of problem (otherwise, regulars like us would have already given them an earful!). I truly hope the group pays more attention to this hotel and avoids disheartening its Guangdong guests.

The hotel has been newly opened for half a year, the equipment and facilities are very new, the laundry room is also very good and convenient, and the service is in place. The whole Shennongjia Forest Area tourism management service is general, public transportation is not convenient enough, Muyu Town feels a bit messy.

This is a B&B that has just opened. The house looks to be designed by professionals, with split floors and an elevator. The restaurant room has a terrace and faces Xiangxi. The chef's food was the two best meals I had during my four-day trip to Shennongjia, which satisfied my picky appetite. It is very convenient if you plan to travel by public transportation. There is a water bar and a book bar at the front desk of the hotel. The front desk is private on the second floor. The boss put a big and full orange on the book bar table, which is delicious.

The hotel is very new, and the hardware is very competitive among B&Bs in the Shennongjia area: a large space with reasonable design, sufficient floor height, dry and wet separation, ample area on both sides, separate space for clothes and luggage, and a small balcony facing the creek and the passenger terminal. There is a stream outside our window. If you don't mind, it can be used as white noise for sleeping. If you are afraid of noise, it will be no problem if the window is well insulated. The landlady’s service was warm and thoughtful, she helped us arrange our itinerary and introduced reliable chartered drivers. The most important thing is that the lady boss is very good at her craftsmanship. We didn’t want to go out in the evening, so we ordered a local chicken soup with yam, fried potatoes and peppers, bacon with bamboo shoots, and stir-fried wild vegetables. The boss gave me watermelon as a gift. The food was large and delicious. The two large and two small dishes were all on CD 😋 from Dajiu Lake all the way to Muyu Town. This home-cooked meal is an instant hit at internet celebrity restaurants everywhere! On the day I left, I visited several surrounding attractions and came back to have lunch before leaving.
