Atour X Hotel, South Plaza, Shenyang North Railway Station

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its elegant and sophisticated decor, accompanied by a subtle, pleasant fragrance. The front desk staff were all lovely, speaking softly and warmly, which was a real mood booster. There are phones in the elevators and rooms, and you just dial 0 to reach the front desk – super convenient. On the first floor, there's a reading area, and on the second, you'll find a gym, a laundry room with washer-dryers, and even ironing facilities. What's more, you don't have to wait around; just place your clothes in a basket to queue, and the staff will wash, dry, and neatly put them away for you. The room itself was clean and tidy, equipped with a mini-fridge, charging outlets, electric curtains, and a smart toilet – everything exuded quality and good taste. What surprised me most were the bedding and mattress. The moment I sat on the bed, I noticed the mattress was different from typical hotel ones; it had that latex-like feel – soft yet with strong support and slow rebound. When I slept at night, I found the duvet to be exceptionally good too: light, breathable, and soft, unlike the heavy duvets you often find in other hotels. The sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless, and there were two pillows – a regular one and a latex pillow. I had a wonderfully comfortable sleep throughout the night. The service was also outstanding. We were two adults and one child, and when we asked for an extra cup, it was delivered very quickly. I also ordered slippers, toothbrushes, and mineral water through their mini-program, and those arrived promptly as well. As we were checking out, they even gave us two bottles of water for our journey. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious and high-quality! All in all, I was incredibly satisfied with this stay. It was the best accommodation we had during our entire trip to Northeast China, and the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. From now on, whenever possible, Atour will be my first choice for accommodation.

I've always been a fan of Atour. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom facilities are comprehensive and spotless. The coffee is great too, but you have to ask for it at the front desk. The hotel's location near the North Station is super convenient for transportation, though I found Shenyang's subway system signs a bit confusing.

Conveniently located right by the station exit. The hotel is new, clean, and hygienic. Definitely worth a return visit.

The location is great, you can see it right outside Shenyang North Station South Square, and the subway entrance is next to the hotel's main entrance. It takes an hour to get to the airport. The hotel is relatively new overall, but there was a strange smell in the hallway when I first entered. There are three elevators, which is very convenient, so you generally don't have to wait long to go up or down. The room is quite spacious and has a small refrigerator. Looking at the layout, many rooms seem to have been partitioned off, so the soundproofing is just okay. The hotel is surrounded by roads, so there's a bit of noise. I couldn't see the status of the washer/dryer on the TV interface. The breakfast was quite good.

Decided to visit Shenyang last minute. After exiting the station, I saw the hotel was indeed diagonally opposite Shenyang North Station, just as mentioned in the Ctrip reviews. You enter the subway at the station square, walk through to Exit H, and the hotel is right there. It shares a building with Orange Crystal Hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is on the M floor, with a good variety of hot and cold dishes, noodles, fruits, and yogurt – definitely enough to fill you up. It's conveniently located near Metro Lines 2 and 4 for public transport, and close to the North High-Speed Rail Station for easy taxi access. Overall, it's pretty good.

This hotel boasts a great location, right across from Shenyang North Station and very close to the subway entrance, making transportation incredibly convenient. However, there aren't many restaurants nearby, so dining options are limited. The service was good, and the lobby was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was a problem though; it was still a bit hot in the room during the summer, and the engineering staff explained it's a water-cooled system, so they couldn't fix it. I stayed for several days, and on one occasion, the room cleaning was very sloppy.

On a business trip to Shenyang, I chose Atour X for its convenient location right next to South Square. It was such a stress-free experience! The hotel is literally 20 meters from the Metro Lines 2 and 4, which was incredibly handy. The room facilities were great too, and my window faced the South Square of the North Station, offering a nice view. This is definitely my top choice for business travel; just look for the cute bunny at the entrance! 👍

The hygiene was good, and the soundproofing was excellent. The facilities were complete, and the staff provided great service. The common areas were spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with a lovely dining environment. I highly recommend staying here! The windows offer a beautiful view of the surrounding buildings.
