Pacific Regency Hotel

The service is very nice, the transportation is convenient, and the room is very clean.

After a long time came out for a holiday with my family to celebrate new year. And this time I choose this hotel cause one of the things Shenyang is famous for is their hot-springs. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Upon the arrival to the hotel I saw the condition of the hotel was really bad they haven’t done Maintanace for ages. The letter Y in the hotel was even broken it’s embarrassing to take a picture outside the hotel and share pictures to family and friends. The rooms Are clean but really old. I had to change the room cause the room I was given had amenities missing. Morning breakfast was horrible the food was so dry as if they have not prepared fresh. The hotel promotes saying Chinese and western breakfast but only Chinese food was on the buffet. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff of the hotel and the gym is fully equipped many people from outside come to enjoy the gym. In conclusion this hotel is one of the worst hotels I have been to. The management should really praise their staff for the good work they do to run this hotel. without them this hotel I believe should be demolished. 过了很长一段时间，我和家人一起出去度假庆祝新年。这次我选择这家酒店是因为沈阳的温泉很出名。我在这家旅馆住了三天。到达酒店后，我看到酒店的状况非常糟糕，他们已经很久没有做维护了。酒店里的字母Y甚至被打破了——在酒店外拍照并将照片分享给家人和朋友是很尴尬的。房间很干净，但很旧。我不得不换房间，因为给我的房间缺少设施。早上的早餐太难吃了——食物太干了，好像他们还没有准备好新鲜的。酒店宣传说中西早餐，但自助餐上只有中餐。这家酒店唯一的好处是酒店的工作人员和健身房设备齐全，许多人从外面来享受健身房。总之，这家酒店是我去过的最糟糕的酒店之一。管理层真的应该赞扬他们的员工为经营这家酒店所做的出色工作。如果没有他们，我认为这家酒店应该被拆除。

I booked the hotel off season and it was a really good money for value ratio. The staff was friendly and helpful when approached with requests etc. It is quite convenient that there is a coffeeshop located in the lobby with wifi, power sockets etc, ideal for a chill work break in between traveling.
