Atour Hotel Shengyang Youth Street Jinlang

We originally booked a different Atour hotel, but went to the wrong address! So we just canceled the other one and checked into this one instead! It was a bit more expensive than the previous booking, but whatever! There are so many hotels in this building! We waited 10 minutes for the elevator to get to our room, and when we entered, it was freezing. I turned on the AC and went out for a walk. When I came back, it was past 10 PM. After washing up and getting into bed, I thought I'd watch some TV, but it wasn't working. So I had to get dressed again, grab my stuff, and switch rooms. That was fine! But the new room was even colder. What kind of hotel makes your forehead freeze when you get under the covers? The sheets were white, but the duvet cover was yellow. Can't they just replace them with new ones? Then, when I tried to turn on the AC again, I was told it would take 20 minutes to start working. After showering and coming back, I got in the elevator, and the doors stayed open as it went straight up to the 25th floor, watching the corridors whiz by one by one! How big of a safety hazard is that? When it stopped on the 25th floor, a staff member saw what happened and actually told us, 'I'll tell you how to fix this,' and then just closed the door. Are you kidding me?! The elevator is faulty, and instead of fixing it, you tell me how to 'fix' it? With such a huge hazard, how am I supposed to feel safe staying here? An elevator in a 30+ story building going up with open doors—if it were to fall, someone could die! This is the worst, most rundown hotel I've ever stayed in!
