Grand Metropark North York Hotel Shenyang

This trip to Shenyang, I stayed at the New York Vista Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near Taiyuan Street metro station in the city center, surrounded by large shopping malls like Wanda and Zhongxing, making transportation, shopping, and dining incredibly convenient. While the hotel's exterior isn't particularly striking, the lobby inside is very grand. Although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained. I'm grateful to the front desk receptionist for upgrading me to a spacious room. The kind and friendly housekeeping staff on the 17th floor of Building A always greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. As a high-star hotel for business travelers, I would have been even more satisfied if the room carpets were a bit cleaner, the room door closed more easily, and an extra bottle of drinking water was provided during the hot weather. Regarding dining, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. If butter and jam were offered, it would be even more satisfying for guests accustomed to cheese and bread. The #8 dark roast freshly ground coffee served for breakfast was too bitter; a #6 roast might attract more fans. Overall, minor imperfections aside, I would definitely return to the New York Vista Hotel on my next visit to Shenyang.

Got an upgrade straight to a suite. It was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Xita, Xiaobieyan, and the Imperial Palace. It's also just a few hundred meters to the subway station. The front desk staff were polite, enthusiastic, and answered all our questions. Their service was incredibly fast; the check-in process was the quickest I've ever experienced.

A very satisfying hotel! The service was excellent, and the facilities were complete. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is convenient, right next to a shopping street. The room was spacious, though the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

The hotel is located in the city center with all amenities nearby. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water temperature and pressure. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. My child, being mischievous, accidentally broke a crystal chandelier. However, because my child sincerely apologized, the hotel decided to waive the compensation as an encouragement. We are very grateful!

The room was great, with five-star amenities. The lobby is exceptionally large, split into A and B blocks, and there's an underground parking lot where you can get a free voucher from the front desk. The carpet in the room felt a bit old, but everything else was fine. I left early in the morning so I didn't try the breakfast.

Unexpectedly, the highlight of our trip to Shenyang was the hotel. The front desk staff, upon hearing that a family member had mobility issues, went out of their way to find us a more suitable room. From the friendly greetings of the service staff in the elevator to the thoughtful service provided by the room attendants, I truly experienced the charm and value of this five-star hotel. Their attitude and care for guests added so much warmth to the city of Shenyang. A big thank you again to all the staff at this hotel.

The room was spacious, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The service was also very good; they even upgraded our room for free. Aside from the room being a little dated, everything else was great. Worth recommending.

The front desk manager was very warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and considerate. She patiently answered all my travel questions. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, my stay was pleasant and satisfying.
