Undoubtedly the benchmark for luxury hotels in Shenyang! GRO Lily's service was outstanding – proactively asking about our needs, responding quickly, and being incredibly patient and thorough. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to MixC, and the high-floor rooms offer breathtaking views. The service was warm, and the attention to detail was impeccable; my travel fatigue was gently cured. It's definitely on my list for a return stay!

I mainly chose this hotel for the pool and breakfast, and both met my expectations, especially the pool facilities which were excellent.

Considering the room rate, the decor and lobby design are quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, with a comfortable surrounding environment. Ms. Sunny at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded me to a Grand Club Deluxe King Room, which had a fantastic view! A big thank you to Sunny!
