Shenyang fengtianyuan Hotel

This is my second time back, and the hotel's location is excellent. I also really love the decor style; it's very quiet and the views are absolutely stunning.

The location is great, very close to Shenyang North Station, making transport super convenient. It even comes with a projector, which is a fantastic bonus. Right next door is the Fangyuan Building. **Facilities:** It boasts smart home features throughout, with voice-controlled switches. **Environment:** The surrounding area is excellent, with several shopping malls nearby, and it's not far from the main attractions either.

The room was excellent, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Manager Haiyan, the front desk staff, and all the security guards stationed at the hotel. Everyone was very responsible; even if we ordered takeout late at night, someone would help bring it to our room. Security and privacy were top-notch! 👍🏻

The room was clean and bright, and the service was warm and attentive.

Facilities: Well-equipped with smart features, and the lighting is just right. Hygiene: The front desk informed me the hotel was newly renovated in 2023, so everything is very new. Although some stains on the sofa are hard to clean, they should still be kept as clean as possible, otherwise, it detracts from the user experience. Also, some hidden corners, like the bathroom floor corners, weren't cleaned thoroughly enough; please pay attention to these details. Environment: The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The building management is good, offering a sense of security. Service: They were quick to help with my requests. Even though there's no robot delivery for takeaways, the hotel has dedicated staff who bring orders up, so there's no need to worry. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money! I paid to upgrade my room type, which was also excellent. The bedding was clean. The pillows were too low; an extra pillow should be provided for guests. Also, the cleanliness of the room's floor and desk could be further improved.
