ECHENG Hotel (Shenyangbei Railway Station Subway Station Zhongjie)

Great location, very close to the North Station. The front desk staff were helpful and answered all my questions. I booked three days in advance, and the room reserved met my requirements. It was clean, tidy, very spacious, and the temperature was just right. It was also very quiet. The hotel breakfast was plentiful. All in all, excellent.

Excellent service! I forgot my charging cable and they actively helped me arrange for it to be mailed back. A big thank you to the front desk lady for her prompt assistance. I called the hotel late at night, and they called me back first thing in the morning.

This hotel is super convenient! It's right across from Shenyang North Station and has a subway station downstairs. Getting to major attractions was a breeze. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it looked exactly like the photos on the booking page – very clean and tidy. The smart room controls were a nice touch too!

I returned to my room around midnight and noticed a regular, faint buzzing sound from the power outlet. I was worried it might be a surveillance or recording device. A technician came to fix it, but after waiting half an hour with no resolution, I requested a room change, which was denied. The repair wasn't completed until past 2 AM. The next day at checkout, the front desk asked about my stay. I brought up the issue, and they only offered a verbal apology with no further action. Later, the hotel followed up with me, and I reported the problem again. They offered a room upgrade for a future stay??? What kind of compensation is that?
