Rainy night. I am so lucky to meet Sherry on 7 July. She is a nice young lady, also attractive. With Sherry's help, It was a great surprise for me when I checked in and was told I'd been upgraded!!
The facility and the environment are excellent. Water is fresh, glass bottled. Legit!
I will recommend to my Western friends to stay in this hotel when they come to Shenyang. And I will definitely choose this hotel on my next visit to Shenyang. NewWorld is the most luxurious hotel with the best price.

I would like to recommend New World Hotel. I originally chose this place just because it is convenient for playing and eating in K11 complex. I didn't expect that from check-in to dining, it was a big surprise🥰
The receptionist was very enthusiastic and ran out to help with the luggage. The check-in process was very efficient. Bringing children also enjoyed the benefits of upgraded rooms. No deposit was required for check-in. The design from the lobby to the room was also very comfortable. Although the minibar was not rich, coffee, beer and drinks were also provided free of charge
The customer service response was amazingly fast. Whether it was refilling water or helping to look at the window screen, it felt like someone arrived as soon as I hung up the phone😂😂 Because we hung up the Do Not Disturb, the housekeeping department also sent me a text message to confirm whether the room needed to be cleaned.
As for dinner, we originally wanted to go to the barbecue on the sixth floor because there was a camping-style terrace, but we didn't expect it to be so popular that there were more than 20 people in line.
