Overall, the room was quite good. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a subway station, Nantou Ancient City, and a bus stop all nearby. The smart features in the room were easy to use, and there were two adorable kittens in the lobby. The overall experience was pretty decent.

Several of my colleagues frequently stay here, and the service at this hotel is truly excellent and thoughtful. The front desk staff proactively asks about your needs and are very meticulous, which avoids many awkward situations, making it very friendly for introverts or those who might be shy about asking for things. Even if you're someone who feels embarrassed to speak up, you can still enjoy their great service. The rooms are also wonderful and quiet, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The cleaning staff in the hallways are also very friendly and always greet you. The hotel's location is super convenient for work, just two subway stops away, and there are many restaurants nearby, offering everything you could want. Staying here makes dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very satisfying stay. I stayed in a Deluxe Select Twin Room (high floor). Trip.com stated floors 16-20, but my room was on the 15th floor. The room was incredibly spacious. Even with a family of four, the twin room wouldn't feel crowded. The overall decor maintains JW Marriott's consistent sophisticated business style, with wood finishes and warm lighting. While not the latest design trend, it exudes quality and is exceptionally well-maintained, creating a comfortable yet upscale atmosphere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress offered excellent support, leading to a very peaceful night's sleep. The room was equipped with a sofa, desk, and coffee table, making it convenient for both business and family travel. The extra-wide floor-to-ceiling windows provided ample natural light, and with soft lighting at night, the ambiance was wonderful. The bathroom was spacious, featuring marble design, a separate bathtub and shower, ensuring true wet/dry separation. The vanity area was ample, with exquisite craftsmanship in the details. Overall, it fully met the standards expected of a high-end hotel. Additionally, the wardrobe and storage space were very generous, equipped with a safe, bathrobes, mini-fridge, and other amenities. My only minor suggestion: The hotel is generally very well-maintained, but if some in-room facilities could be upgraded in the future, I believe the stay experience would be even more perfect. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel.

Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives; the hotel's emergency service and staff professionalism are commendable. I highly recommend Shenzhen Youlin Youth Hostel! It's perfect for solo male travelers coming to Shenzhen for job hunting or a short trip. The location is very close to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. The community has strict security, and access is via a password lock, so you feel safe returning at night. The entire place is thoroughly cleaned, the bathroom has no odors, and the bedding is changed promptly, keeping the beds clean and fresh. Each bed has a blackout curtain, an independent power outlet, and a lockable cabinet, so you can draw the curtain for a private space and won't be disturbed. The common areas are equipped with a washing machine, hot water, tables, and chairs, making it easy for simple cooking or working. The owner is genuinely helpful and responds quickly to requests, even sharing tips on nearby commutes and good places to eat. Most of the other guests are quiet and reliable young people whose routines don't interfere with each other. The value for money is excellent, making it a top choice for short-term stays. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

As the best hotel in Shenzhen, it truly lives up to expectations. Although it opened several years ago, it's incredibly well-maintained. The bedding and bath products are very thoughtfully chosen, and the welcome tea and snacks were a nice touch. The afternoon tea selection might not be huge, but it's very refined and tastes excellent. I particularly want to mention breakfast – the eggs Benedict were perfectly made, and the braised beef noodles were incredibly authentic. The fresh coconuts also met the high standards you'd expect from a luxury hotel. However, there was a small hiccup during check-in. When we arrived at our room, we found the door wide open and a man sitting on the sofa! Luckily, a staff member was passing by in the hallway. After hearing what happened, they escorted us to the lobby to clarify the situation. Leo, the lobby manager, sincerely apologized for the hotel's error, and the solution he offered was acceptable. For someone who has stayed in many ultra-luxury hotels worldwide, it's quite unacceptable for a Mandarin Oriental to make such a basic mistake. This was truly a first for me, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously!

All in-room facilities were in normal working order, including lights, bathroom fixtures, and charging ports. Public areas were also well-maintained, indicating consistent upkeep. The hotel was mostly quiet throughout the day; even with the bustling commercial area nearby, closing the door provided a good resting environment. The front desk and other staff were responsive to requests and never dismissive. While there aren't any overly fancy services, the hotel largely delivers on expectations, making it a well-balanced choice for business trips or short getaways.

The moment I stepped into the room, I was instantly soothed by the dazzling city lights outside the floor-to-ceiling window. The bedding was clean and soft, and I spent a long time just staring out, lost in thought. The front desk lady's smile when she handed me the room card was even warmer than the night view itself. It really felt like staying right in the middle of a beautiful landscape.

Everything was good. It was very quiet in the hostel itself. I stayed for 1 day to see what was interesting in the city center. There wasn't a towel, but they responded quickly to messages. The hostel is located on the 11th floor. There's a window, so the air is fresh. The toilet is just a hole in the ground though, no Western-style toilets.
