CitiGO Stays in Shenzhen

The hotel facilities include a laundry room and a restaurant. Downstairs, there's a whole commercial area connected to Shekou Port, with plenty of food and drink options. It's also very close to K11. If you search for the Huawei flagship store, there's an outdoor children's play area right outside, which is convenient if you're traveling with kids. The view is just okay, and the room was a bit cramped. The service was excellent. Seeing that we had children, they proactively offered two small snacks and two pony keychains, which the kids loved.

My child went to a teacher's book-signing event, and since it was inconvenient to drag luggage around, we booked a hourly room. The environment was lovely, and the room was well-equipped and very comfortable. Plus, it was conveniently located near the elevator, which was a bonus. My child even said that next time we visit Shenzhen, we should definitely stay at this hotel. Right next door is Mi Bookstore, where you can read, play, and grab some delicious food. I forgot to take photos, but I've saved the hotel's address for future reference.

I stayed in Citigo Huange Futian during 24 Aug 25 to 28 Aug 25 as a first-timer traveller to Shenzhen. I was very impressed and pampered by the warm reception and service rendered by the front desk staff. One particular person (a female staff whom I believed is a manager) was even took the initiative to send a warm glass of soybean milk to my room at Room 8421 (without me asking) when she saw that I could not get the drink at the dining area. Very impressive service. I was so pampered. It is this great experience that prompted me to subscribe for the H World Club as member.

This hotel offers excellent service; a complaint made at night was addressed very quickly. It's conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The breakfast is great, with fresh vegetables and fruits available every day, which I really appreciated. A fantastic bonus is having a washing machine and dryer on every floor, which was incredibly helpful for keeping up with the whole family's laundry.
