The hotel facilities meet five-star standards, and for this price in Shenzhen, it's an excellent deal with superb value for money. The room is also very spacious and well-equipped. The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast options, and the quality is good, living up to star-rated expectations. There's a large shopping mall right across from the hotel, and the staff service is very friendly. However, if you need to go to other districts, the journey might be a bit long. Overall, it's still quite good and highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻

I enjoyed the hotel's buffet restaurant during my stay. The ambiance was lovely, with live music, and the food selection was plentiful and fresh. The hotel room itself was spacious, bright, and well-maintained. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even had robots delivering takeout to the rooms! There's also a mall right next door, and it's very close to both the subway and the airport. It's a great hotel, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The service was excellent, especially the young concierges (I don't know their names, but they were all very young). Their service was truly outstanding! It's the best service I've encountered in a domestic hotel in recent years. The boss should definitely give them a promotion and a raise! 😊 The breakfast was just okay and needs improvement.
