Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Properties in Shenzhen

My stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian was absolutely fantastic! The entire process was smooth, and check-in was efficient and quick. The service was professional and incredibly thoughtful. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade – the room was comfortable and spacious. The butler service was warm and attentive; they responded promptly to all requests and gave excellent local recommendations for dining and entertainment. Overall, the environment, facilities, and service were outstanding, making for a superb stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen!

My first stop in Shenzhen was the Crowne Plaza, and it certainly didn't disappoint. I checked in at the executive lounge and got a free upgrade to a suite. Even though it wasn't on a high floor, the view was still fantastic. The executive lounge didn't have a huge selection of food, but what they did offer was exquisite and clean. They had afternoon tea and then light meals and drinks in the evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The room facilities were very new, and the suite even had a round table for dining. The swimming pool is worth a special mention – it's very well-maintained and spotless. They even proactively helped us inflate our swimming rings. There's also a smaller hot spring pool, which is great for relaxing after a swim. The hotel's location is super convenient; the elevator takes you straight to the D exit of the metro, which is much better than the A2 exit. The only slight drawback was that it was Chinese New Year, so there were a lot of people. Breakfast was moved to the ballroom on the fifth floor, which shows the hotel is well-managed and prepared for queues. However, the variety of breakfast items on the fifth floor was significantly less, probably because it was harder to transport everything. So, the choices were a bit limited. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Had a nice stay with my family for my birthday. We stayed during Chinese new year dates so the restaurant Prego wasn't open. The Brez restaurant for dinner is nothing fancy but does the job. Breakfast was nice and only 100 per person. Service from all staff was really good. They gave a birthday cake for my birthday and were very accommodating. The staff was very welcoming and always making us feel welcome. Location is good if you have a car. We went to Dameisha beach, the pedestrian street and Sea world. All different districts. However, the hotel is in need of some upgrades. The pool is not that warm even though they say heated. Other one is the baby crib. 1: - it's tiny. More for a newborn. 2: - the cribs are old and worn down. Need to upgrade baby beds immediately. Not sanitary for children. I did ask for a bigger size but it was a pull out bed which was an extra charge and also our baby doesn't sleep in a big bed yet. So in the end, we had a tiny, warn out baby crib. He ended up in bed with us. I wouldn't consider it 5 stars. Would I stay again? Probably not. Thanks to the staff!

This was my longest stay at a hotel, we stayed for eight days in total. Since it was Chinese New Year, the hotel was quite crowded. Overall, it was still good. On the first day of the ***** New Year, the hotel even organized lion dances and ancestor worship activities, which felt very festive. The hotel gym is good, and the swimming pool is okay, but it was too crowded, so I only went once. The outdoor pool looked great, but it wasn't open due to the temperature. The hotel is very close to the subway station, just a few minutes walk, which is a big plus.

What a wonderful stay in Crowne Prince Longgang. From the ease of check in to the wonderful room. Everything was impeccable. As a business traveler, you want connectivity and a nice bed to just crash in and have your sleep. This hotel delivers. Special mention to Will Gao and Ms Luna. Will was extremely attentive and could preempt what I wanted to do as I was checking out. Took my luggages and then promptly kept them. His eyes on the ground is something lacking in many hotels. Also, I left my favourite hoodie behind at the restaurant and I was already on my way to another city. I called the hotel and Ms Luna answered the call and I told her my situation. In 45 seconds, she ran to the restaurant, found my jacket and then took down my contact and promptly arranged for the courier to send it to me asap. Thank you for saving the day as the weather changed so suddenly! Thank you both for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to Travellers.
