The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The soundproofing at night was good, ensuring a restful sleep. The front desk was efficient with check-in, and they were quick to respond to any issues. The robot delivery for room service was a nice touch and very convenient. The laundry room facilities are great for travelers. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The hotel breakfast was very rich and I highly recommend it. The room view is absolutely stunning.

The entrance is right by Metro Line 7, making it convenient to transfer to Line 11 for the airport or Line 4 for Shenzhen North Station. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, like Guangzhou dim sum at Dian Du De and Chaoshan hotpot. **Service:** Check-in and luggage storage at the front desk went smoothly. The only minor issue was the elevator being a bit shaky and unstable; hotel staff should really provide warnings and guidance regarding this. **Facilities:** The wet/dry separation in the bathroom facilities wasn't very well designed and was generally inconvenient. Guests receive a voucher for a late-night snack. The dim sum was decent, so if you enjoy a late bite, it's worth trying.

The hotel environment is fantastic, and I had a very comfortable stay. The north-facing rooms even offer a view of Shenzhen's central axis.

Traveling with a child, the staff proactively helped with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car, and then upgraded our room at the front desk. Secondly, the room had no strange odors, was clean and tidy, and quite spacious with good soundproofing. The hotel breakfast varied daily and offered a rich selection. What's most commendable is the hotel's laundry service. Located on the 4th floor, whenever you bring your laundry, staff will wash, dry, fold, and bag it for you, which is incredibly convenient and guest-friendly. The hotel is right by a subway entrance, making travel very easy. There's also a food street surrounding the hotel. In summary: dining, accommodation, and transportation are all superb! 👍

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with good water pressure. The front desk staff were efficient with check-ins, polite, and attentive, responding to requests promptly. The breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and the Cantonese dim sum was authentic. The hotel amenities are comprehensive, and the public areas have a simple yet elegant design. It's suitable for both business trips and short getaways. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Futian.
