服务態度超差惡劣尤其是店長一下刷卡一下不能刷卡搞什么叫服务別進來房間硬進入还說我房間乱髒亂我自己不会処理？逼我報警我自己不打掃？酒店不是休息？尤其是*店長天天催我付款廁所不通也不処理到深圳龙华加油站千萬不要入住

酒店房有點老舊，電視機還是十多年前的小電視，畫面都失真變色了，奇怪的是電視遙控器被沒收，所以無法播放USB內容、也無法連接電腦播放視頻，在這個數字年代覺得不能接受，畢竟遙控器離開電視機就不就變成沒價值的廢鐵，莫名其妙。
雖然訂的是商務房，但感覺像是時鐘酒店，成人用品銷售直接放在桌子上不雅，內部有一股發黴，牆壁有剝落情況，酒店需要翻新。
