I stayed in that hotel for one night and the next day i was so much comfortable and satisfied that i thought if i am traveling why don’t stay in shenzhen and in that specific hotel for more one day so i booked it again and the experience was smooth i suggest everyone that and next time if i will be in shenzhen i will definitely stay in that hotel they are cooperative and apartment is clean 😊

The apartments are very clean and very well ordered, and best of all is that the subway is very close and the location is one stop from the train station☺️☺️

There is not much to say about it. I was late due the weather conditions, and they didn't even call me to care about the check-in.

The room is ok but there's a thing to note down, you would need Wechat to check-in, the check-in process is done online and you need to Wechat the phone number on the booking confirmation email.

They took long time to clean ta place. Had to wait for them to make the room. Amenities were good.

The worst experience I had living in an apartment was that all the furniture was dusty and the air conditioner was so dusty that I didn't dare to turn it on. If it hadn't been too late and I had to check out, I would be speechless if I dared to rent out a room like this.

I gave all the information on WeChat as required by the apartment, but they simply refused to check in on the grounds of "no order record". I have no way of knowing the specific situation, but compared with the very quick and caring handling of the young lady from Ctrip, the apartment seems extremely frivolous. The money is firmly in my pocket, but the room is not arranged for a long time. I would rather quarrel with me than solve the problem. Hygiene: It is quite satisfactory and tidy overall. But after the argument ended at 1 o'clock in the morning, when I entered the room, a cockroach on the ground still scared me. Facilities: It's OK. But there is also a very unreasonable point that if you want to use towels, toothbrushes, etc. in this hotel, you have to deduct money from the deposit. This is actually not in compliance with regulations, because these are included in the room facilities when booking a hotel. But I don't have time to pursue this point, so I'll tell you who are reading the comments.

A garden community house very close to the North Station. The LOFT duplex is warm and clean. The room is responded to quickly. The bed is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. I stay at Maomao's house when I go back and forth to Hong Kong. It is very convenient. I will stay here again next time.

The 2-bedroom duplex in a high-end community is very spacious and newly decorated. This apartment on the 20th floor has a good view and is quiet. The bed is unique. The 1.8-meter big bed is super soft and comfortable to sleep on. You can also cook and wash clothes in the house. I have lived here for more than ten days and it is really comfortable.
