Conrad Shenzhen

My stay this time was fantastic! I accidentally booked the wrong check-in date when making a last-minute reservation at night, but Aily and Bella at the service center helped coordinate immediately and quickly got it corrected. The check-in process was also very smooth; the staff responded to messages promptly, and Aily and Bella provided attentive and thoughtful service. Overall, it was a superb experience, and I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

Got a free room upgrade, and the overall view was really nice. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent; they even allowed food delivery to be brought up to the room, which is better than other hotels in Shenzhen at the same price point. The elevator system is also very well-designed, with one elevator going directly downstairs. Finally, they granted a late check-out, which I really appreciate! Thanks to our butler, Aily.

I have to give full marks to Elmma! Her service was incredibly thoughtful. Not only was she super efficient, but she also proactively asked about my needs. The little bear plushie she gave me was so soft and cute, it instantly made my day. The room had an expansive view and exquisite facilities, with attention to every detail. From check-in to delivery service, my entire experience was fantastic. That feeling of being valued is truly wonderful. Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely choose Conrad again and look for Elmma!

This is probably the best Conrad I've ever stayed at. The master designer's touch is evident everywhere, and the hardware is simply top-notch, comparable to MO and Rosewood. My stay was excellent, and I'm even considering bringing my family back for a longer holiday. A big shout-out to Vicky and Bella from the service center for their outstanding service!

Five stars to Elsie! Her service was incredibly thoughtful. She communicated with us in advance about our needs, and arranged a room with a fantastic view that was clean and comfortable – perfect for photos! It completely exceeded our expectations. Plus, she even gifted us a super cute Conrad bear! The whole process was smooth and satisfying, with timely communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Louis's service was a true masterclass in hospitality! He not only had an excellent grasp of local cultural attractions but also curated a unique city exploration route tailored to our interests. From art exhibitions to old alleyways, every recommendation perfectly matched our preferences. When it was time to leave, he proactively confirmed our airport transfer, even thoughtfully preparing bottled water and fast-track access. Thanks to him, our trip to Shenzhen was absolutely perfect!
