I've stayed in many hotels in Shenzhen, and this LOFT apartment truly exceeded my expectations! The biggest surprise was the enormous space; the two-story structure, over 100 square meters, felt completely uncrowded. Downstairs, there was ample room for a 28-inch suitcase and a workspace, while the upstairs bedroom offered fantastic views. It's only a 5-minute walk to Shenzhen North Station, which is incredibly convenient for catching early morning high-speed trains – no rush at all. The most practical feature was the independent washer and dryer, complete with individually packaged laundry detergent. All my dirty clothes from a week-long business trip were handled in one go, and they came out smelling fresh after drying, saving so much hassle compared to hand washing. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the double bathroom design was incredibly thoughtful – no more fighting over the sink. Staying here often feels just like being at home. It offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely book this place again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

The LOFT layout is fantastic – high ceilings, great natural light, and a fantastic sense of space. The room is genuinely large, with a sofa, table and chairs, and a wardrobe, so it never feels cramped even for extended stays. I have to specifically praise the independent washer-dryer; it's incredibly convenient to have a combined wash and dry machine, so you don't have to worry about clothes not drying during the 'Huinantian' (humid season) in the south. The hygiene details are impeccable, with fresh linens for every guest, clean and odor-free. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. Self-check-in is easy, no waiting around, and check-out is quick. It offers great value for money, much more affordable than other hotels in the area, making it suitable for both short and long-term stays. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation near Shenzhen North Station!

We randomly chose this loft apartment hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be a fantastic surprise! The hotel's location is easy to find, right next to the North Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. Stepping into the room, we immediately felt at home. The design, decor, and layout were so warm and inviting. The room itself was spacious, and the LOFT structure had a really stylish touch. The balcony was a huge highlight; watching the city sunset and night views with my loved one from there in the evening was absolutely beautiful. The facilities were also incredibly comprehensive. The washing machine and dryer were convenient for cleaning clothes, and there was a kitchen for cooking. The staff were warm and attentive; they helped us choose a quiet room on a higher floor in advance and even recommended great places for walks nearby. This stay was truly wonderful, definitely a place worth returning to and our top choice! I'm genuinely putting a lot of thought into this review.

Extremely close to the North Station, which is super convenient for catching trains. The loft room type is great for families with children. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; you can clearly hear people walking upstairs.
